Staff seemed short handed tonight which resulted in slower service. Fries ordered as an appetizer for the kids ended up coming after dessert and no offer of taking it off the bill. Ordered coffee with dessert and never received it. Food was good; however the pizzas were cooked a bit too much and the crust were burnt and the chases pizza on top was way overdone. We will give them the benefit of the doubt doubt as we frequent Mosaic and just chalking up to a bad night.

We stop at the restaurant twice yearly on our trips up/down the coast. We have always enjoyed the menu options and consistent quality of the food. In the last few years tho, we have noticed a significant drop off in service. Last night we arrived at our reservation time of 5:00 pm. We were seated immediately and found that we were the only diners in the restaurant. There was a table near us that had clearly finished dining, with 2 people still sitting at the table chatting. Our server apparently knew the people and spent about 15 minutes chatting with them while we sat and waited to be served. The server finally came over and said someone else was supposed to be our server, but that she would help us out. I don’t think that was the case, as more customers arrived and she was their server as well. During our meal our water glasses were not refilled nor were we offered a 2nd glass of wine….again, there were 6 other diners in the entire restaurant. Bottom line, it took an hour for a burger and soup in a nearly empty restaurant. Food was good, but for $100 I think it might be time to find a new spot.

We were a table of 10, down from 12. Ariel was our server and she was excellent. The food was really good as well. We are from the SF Bay Area so we know good food. This is our 10th time dining there over the last 8 years.

Had a very nice dinner there. It was our first time, and I liked the ambiance, we had very good table service. Our waiter discussed some items on the menu, and his recommendations. We were both pleased with our dinners. I would definitely go back there again.

Cody took care of us. The food was spicier than I thought and he helped remedy the situation. The salmon cakes were so flavorful and the original pizza was awesome!

The mojito was good. We enjoyed the salmon sliders but would give them a 7/10. Atmosphere was nice.

They were out of several items or do not offer. They said they redid their menu and it is not a menu if foods that interest me. Both in alcohol and food. Its the holidays no holiday drink menu. Small menu with items that our party of 8 did not find appealing. We all decided we will not be back anytime soon.
