Established in 2001 by French Chef Thierry J., Mosaic Cuisine is a family-owned modern French fusion restaurant with different accents from around the world. Mosaic offers unique gastronomic options in a relaxing restaurant atmosphere where you can dine out and have nice conversations among friends.

Throughout the menu, you may recognize a variety of dishes from different cuisines around the world, such as waffle French toast from Belgium, tomato and pesto potage from Palermo, Italy, artichoke and spinach dip from the USA, or chocolate financier direct from heaven. Although over the years we have become famous for our waffle-centric brunch, extensive coffee bar, and versatile kitchen which is always willing to accommodate special requests or dietary needs, Mosaic Cuisine is also a place to enjoy one of the most classic dinner French dishes like “bœuf bourguignon” or the flawless “steak pommes frites” amongst other international dishes

Mosaic is always a pleasant place to have lunch with a friend. The food is always good and the lunch special is just right. The wait staff are always friendly and helpful.

Met a friend for lunch who I have not seen in awhile. No rushing either which was great, as was the service. Our food was delicious and we enjoyed sitting in our comfy booth too!

The restaurant was frigid; we had to eat with our coats on. Some of the food came out cold right from the start. Our appetizers were served at the same time as the main courses resulting in a overcrowded table with food just sitting there and getting colder.

Today was my first time there, me and my sister are always looking for brunch spots and we find this so randomly, but was pretty good. The staff were so kind and friendly, the place has the perfect concept to brunch. The food and prices were good too! We’re definitely going back and try more meals and drinks!

I was at Mosaic for a Sunday brunch. The food and service were good, but the noise level was unbearable. It was really hard to have a conversation with my friend, which was quite annoying. I will go again if the restaurant is not as busy.

Just are ate a mosaic Cuisine not two days before and I was ready to go back for more! Once again ate outside where the sun made everything warm and where it was slightly quieter than inside the restaurant. Service was super and the food was delicious. I look forward to going back again to try more items on the wide menu.

Excellent food and excellent service. Was able to sit outside in the glorious sunshine. Food is terrific. Even though the outdoor space is in the parking lot, the decor of evergreens and plants makes it really comfortable. Highly recommend the salads and omelets!

This is such a great neighborhood spot for lunch or dinner. It is casual and the food is very good. Service is pleasant but can be a bit spotty as the wait staff are taking care of so many tables.

I think they were a bit understaffed when we visited, but once we finally put our order in, it came out fast. So fast in fact, our meals came before the drinks. The food was delicious- I had an omelette and my boyfriend had their take on a Croque madame. Despite the service issues, I would return.
