We inquired about the holiday weekend special that we received an email about, the waitress looked at us like we were crazy. Said she would check, 15 minutes later came back with a description completely different than what the email said. We opted not to order the special after the discrepancy. We ordered apps, my husband the French onion soup, and I the chopped salad. His soup came out, at least 10 minutes ahead of my salad…I told him to start so the soup did not get cold, he was almost finished by the time I got my salad. We both ordered our steaks “medium”, while mine was ok, his was “rare” at best, almost purple. When we mentioned it to the waitress, she offered to throw it back on the grill. We mentioned we were celebrating our 25th anniversary…at Capital Grille (our regular celebration location) they normally finish the meal with a complimentary celebration dessert. While at Morton’s we did not even receive mention of our special occasion. Very disappointed, spent $300 on a dinner, and would have gotten better service/food at Texas Roadhouse. We will be celebrating at Capital Grille for our future occasions.

Morton’s St Louis, in the Horseshoe Casino. We had a 6:30 pm reservation and all went well, sat us promptly and the server (Paul) kindly welcomed us and gave us the drink specials. Honey Bourbon was one of the specials and it was fantastic! We proceeded to order the lobster ravioli and a New York strip with the green beans. All was cooked perfectly and came out within 20 minutes. All was very good and the medium rare steak was cooked to perfection! Another happy visit

Great birthday celebration for my son. Mortons printed special menu with my sons name and happy birthday message! Seating and wait staff and bartender are all fantastic. This was a first class meal. The food was incredible. Compliments to the Chef on fantastic steaks!

Service was excellent. Think they were short handed but everyone from the server, manager, runners were hustling to get our food to us on time and even the hostess who was busting her butt helping all of them with a smile. Food was excellent. I didn’t know it was in the Horseshoe casino so for us took a little away from the ambiance but if you want a great meal where the employees aren’t afraid to hustle and make the dining experience great, and a great steak it won’t disappoint.

Not crowded at all. The waiter kept referring to me and my wife as guys. Not what I from a higher end restaurant. It would be nice if they didn’t allow ball caps while dining
