Morton's The Steakhouse est le plus important groupe de steakhouses au pays. Il se spécialise à la fois dans des plats classiques, des généreuses portions de bœuf vieilli de qualité USDA, du poisson, du homard et du poulet. Pour les moins audacieux, un double filet de boeuf de 300 grammes fera sans doute l’affaire !     Normally, I would give our experience here five stars, as usually it is great. But tonight the entire restaurant smelled of sewage. It was apparently due to a sewer line break although this is unavoidable I feel like a message could’ve been sent to those of us in an email who had scheduled reservations for our Christmas dinner here. That way we could’ve made a decision whether to continue on with the reservation or to cancel it and eat somewhere that we didn’t have to smell the sewage. Also, our waitress was not attentive at all. She did not know the menu when ask questions about it. We had to specifically ask her for bread and butter to be brought out. When our meal was brought out, she forgot side dishes that was ordered. Our bill was wrong and had extra things added to it that had to be corrected. She told us our dessert would take 20 minutes to make. After 45 minutes I ask her if she could please check on it and she promptly brought it out. It had obviously been sitting there a while as the lava and the chocolate cake was completely gelled up. Normally love this place, but I will have to give it a second thought before I return for a special dinner again.

    servers and staff were delightful. You will never get over the "casino" smell until your seated, but once that's over and your at a table away from the public facing areas, it's a very nice experience.

    Beautiful service and the food was delicious! Our server did an excellent job. He demonstrated great, kind and professional service!

    The food was delicious, staff was great and friendly. My only complaint was most of the customers were dressed so casually.

    The Food was very good! The service was not good! They only had one server working the whole restaurant and she was very slow! It took over 45 minutes just to get my bill cashed out.

    Do not eat at Morton's under any circumstance. The food was beyond horrible and the St. Louis location is no longer aligned with the prices they charge. I hadn't been in several years. The prices are aligned with The Ritz or Flemmings. Our meal for 4 was over 600.00, but tasted like we were at Ponderosa. The manager was also walking around in house slippers.

    Drinks were slow and not cold. Shrimp cocktail never served and completely forgotten. Steaks were served lukewarm. 2nd drink forgotten. We were only served our first drink. Thankfully we had water. Was a real disappointment. When we talked to waitress she was apologetic and manager was brought over. She wiped the bill clean. She said she couldn’t discount the bill . We left 100 to pay for the larger portion of bill. Didn’t expect free. Not a busy night. Clearly just was one of those nights that wasn’t in our favor

    The whole experience was off this time. Temperature was cold. The casino controls the ac and apparently no consideration is given to the comfort of those not in the gaming floor. The salad was drenched in a vinegar dressing so strong that made it impossible to eat. Finally, the steak was charred and my wife’s crab cakes burned. Both were replaced. Cheesecake was delicious. Unfortunately we had one to go and they didn’t pack any of the caramel sauce that was the best part of that dessert. Waiter was slow and inattentive. Did not anticipate. Had to ask others to find him when we were having issues. Finally, this time we were celebrating our anniversary and didn’t get the usual picture to take home nor a complimentary dessert. I’m ok if they don’t do that anymore, but it was a change from our previous visits.
