Superb. Our table was perfect, very comfortable for 4, was even ready ahead of time. Service exceptional, wait staff very pleasant, friendly. Food delicious, hot and came in a timely manner. It was restaurant week and choices they had, everyone had something they wanted. Of course they had the other menu. Always exceptional and recommend to anyone.

We found a nice promotional menu for restaurant week and took advantage. The full meal was less than $200 for 2 people including a cocktail and s8 oz glass of wine. It was a good value and the food was perfect.

Main course : 40 min from order point -unacceptable, considering being the first couple seated on opening Our server did the best to accommodate but Manager had to many excuses Just be honest to the customer everyone makes mistakes

Susan was our server. She was amazing. Love her spirt. This was my second time visiting this location. Always love the vibe here. She knew the menu very well. Her suggestions were spot on for a drink. I had a espresso martini with a shot of bailey’s 6oz filet mignon and lobster tail My Husband had mashed potatoes and his drink He had an old-fashion. We will be back.

Outstanding food and service! Our waitress Joanna was exceptional! The food was perfect in every way and the 3 course special is a great deal for a fantastic meal.

Other than Keith our server being pretty good …wife’s steak overcooked, my steak was just ok not cooked with love.. The crab cake is pretty small for 25.00 bucks. The drinks were good but I’ll say this,Morton’s has seen the last of me and family. This is second time there and this was really their second shot. It was a big Fail and won’t be heading back, it’s off to 677 next time!!!

My server was very pleasant at first. She greeted us warmly and wished us a happy anniversary. I mentioned to her that I was an Landry Select member (Morton’s reward club) but didn’t have my card (only telephone usually necessary) but I was able to show her my current reward on my phone. The Saratoga Morton’s doesn’t fully honor the reward program but said they would give me 10% off our bill. We place our orders both with appetizers and the main course. My husband was served his scallops and I sat there for 10 minutes watching him eat until I was able to get the attention of anyone to ask about my soup. When I did get the attention of a server passing by she said “you know it’s not your servers fault we have food runners”. Maybe not, but she should have stopped by our table to check on our meal. When she finally did show up, she said that desert would be on her. And I guess it was, she came back at the end of the meal and put a piece of chocolate lava cake in front of us. She never bothered to ask us what we would like?? What if we didn’t like chocolate or was allergic to it! The bill came with the desert listed on the bill and then manually crossed out. She then said they did something more on the bill and walked away. Nice treatment for a $200+ dinner! We usually eat at this Morton’s every fall when we stay in the Saratoga Hotel Casino but highly doubt we’ll be eating there next year. I did write the same review to the manager that sent an email asking about our dining experience and have not heard anything back.
