Awesome as usual. I tried the empire cut, bone in sirloin. Cooked to perfection, I think I have tried everything on the menu and never disappointed, chilled shrimp cocktail is the best anywhere. Adam,the manager is accomadating and friendly and Kelly is my favorite server

Venue is much darker than I would have expected. It was extremely loud which made it hard to have a conversation because of the noise. Requested a Medium Well Ribeye and we received a Well Done.

If you want to enjoy the company of your tablemates give this one a hard pass. Food was above average, though my steak was not cooked as requested (unevenly cooked, some well done as requested, other parts were too rare). Staff was superb, attentive but not pushy or rushed. What ruined the experience was the noise level. There were two of us in my party and we were unable to hear the server or each other for the entirety of the meal. Yes we are elder adults. One of us wears hearing aids, however her hearing is normal with her aids in, as they were this night. We've been to many restaurants over the years and never have we experienced anything like this, even in very crowed eateries. Talking in a normal voice was impossible. Shouting was counter productive - it just added to the din. Our server had to bend down with her ear to our lips to hear our order, or we just pointed to the menu. It really was a pity. If your only concern is the quality of the food, it's fine, in some cases exceptional, and the prices (except for the wine menu) were quite reasonable. Maybe an early seating on a weekday would be better, but I doubt it. Four thumbs down

Our Christmas and Birthday experience was perfect! They even printed happy birthday on our menus! We’ve been to this Morton’s several times and it’s always been a great meal!

We were very disappointed in our dining experience at Morton’s where we had Christmas dinner with family. The dining room was extremely dark. Ridiculously dark. The walls are black to begin with, but there is also very minimal lighting to the point where we had to use the flashlights on our cell phones to see the menus! There were little to no Christmas decorations in the dining room - I saw one small unlit undecorated tree - and the atmosphere was very gloomy. In addition, the waitress didn’t get one of our orders correct and when we let her know, we were told we could add to the dinner that had been ordered for an extra expense, but there was no admission that the original order was wrong and my companion was very disappointed that he didn’t get the meal he requested. Plus having to pay extra for something he had already ordered for one price was not acceptable, especially in such an expensive restaurant. They made no effort to correct the situation for the original price so he ended up not getting the meal he wanted which was disappointing. When we ordered dessert the waitress didn’t even ask if we wanted coffee. No attempt was made by the staff to compensate us for the mistake on our order. This is a very expensive restaurant - some might say overpriced- and the least they could have done was to comp our desserts for the mistake their staff made. Overall, this left us with a very negative impression and we will not be returning. I think they have very poor management.

If you want a memorable dining experience Morton’s is the place to go. Staff is exceptional and very people oriented. Food is wonderful. Highly recommend the Cold Water Lobster. The ambience is warm and perfect for a romantic experience and/or the traditional family dinner.

Have been a customer for years never a problem til Wednesday. It was not busy at all and it took a very long time to get our food. We sat in the bar area and wanted more or less the bar menu. My husband ordered wagyu sliders with fries the waitress brought steak sliders with cold fries! She put in a new correct order for him and it took at least 30 minutes for the burgers to arrive and they were so well done he just took them home and we fed to our dogs. He ordered med rare! I had bowl of lobster bisque again cool not hot usually a piece or 2 of claw meat on top not this time ! They did not charge us for the incorrect meal which was ok but it was my husbands birthday and I was very disappointed
