Le restaurant Morton's The Steakhouse est l'un des premiers steakhouse classique spécialisé dans les steaks de bœuf vieilli de catégorie USDA Prime, mais également dans les plats de poissons frais, homard ou volaille. Way too noisy. Had to yell to our table mates to be heard. Caesar salad was mediocre. Dry aged steak was chewy. The service staff were great.

Another wonderful evening at Morton’s. Great food, superior service and ultra attentive management make the Palm Desert location our favorite restaurant in the valley. I highly recommend this restaurant for any special night out. Just the best

All food was exceptional. Service was crisp and professional, although perhaps a tad slow at times. We had the special "Valentine's Dinner for Two", and the amount of food was too much for us - a (fantastic) 28-ounce bone-in strip, two petite lobster tails (maybe 5 oz. each), and two large sides. We couldn't finish it all and brought some home. I did think it a bit strange that the desert (a big slice of chocolate layer cake) wasn't included in the dinner. The cake itself was OK, but surprisingly a little dry. Prices are high, but you know that going in - dinner for two with three cocktails total was over $300 including tip. But the overall experience was top-notch and we'll be back when looking for the upscale steakhouse vibe.

Great service, great food. Always a wonderful experience with Josh, the manager. He runs a great restaurant he is always so welcoming to everyone and takes the time to say hello. Moses the asst manger is so friendly and accommodating. Rocky the waiter is a wonderful server and very friendly. Great overall experience.

Food was fantastic! Restaurant was loud. Service vibe was less than expected. From the “attitude” we got from the hostess when asked to be seated - to the server who dumped salt on a plate from the salt shaker that didn’t work because he had told management about it and they did nothing. There are lots of steakhouses out there and this one was not up to the standard of other Morton’s that we have been to.

All I can say is it was ok. Nothing overly special and far better steaks elsewhere, but maybe not in Palm Desert, CA.
