steak was great but the sides were very poor in comparison to other steak houses. Creamed spinach tasted like it was frozen and not fresh and the drinks weren't very good either

I asked for a medium rare steak and the center was essentially blue, and the server that took it told me that it was a “perfect medium rare” while my other two guests ordered the same steak and cook level and had completely different looking steaks. Meanwhile, while I was trying to find and ask a server to take the steak back, there were two servers right in front of me talking to each other and hanging out while I was making eye contact and subtly trying to get their attention, which they just kept ignoring until they finished talking. Right after telling me that and taking it, another server came by to apologize for the steak being underdone. It also took almost 20 minutes between me asking for the check and me paying for the bill, which was confusing because the place was essentially empty. I’ve always thought Morton’s was a pretty high-end steakhouse and a place I’ve been wanting to go to for a while but this experience has honestly really disappointed me. I also think all of us experienced bad quality food, since the two other guests and I had digestive issues pretty much the whole night and morning after the meal.

Went here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, the food as always was delicious. Not complaining about the service but just wish that for the amount of tip they automatically add to the bill that the server would’ve been more attentive to our table. She would be gone for a while before checking if we needed refills and the place was not even full at the time.

On June 25th, we had a company dinner at Morton’s Steakhouse. Due to a shortage of staff, the food was extremely delayed. We brought 32 gift cards, each worth $50, to pay for the meal. From the start, the staff sighed and mentioned that the process would take a long time. When he returned, he rudely informed us that there were only 30 gift cards, and when we asked him to check again, they gestured that the used gift cards had been thrown away, showing clear annoyance before going back to complete the transaction. Additionally, our server, Adam, made a mistake with the second transaction, and when I requested the itemized bill, he yelled that he was too busy and didn’t have 30 minutes to waste on this single bill. He continued to yell, telling us to follow him to the computer room to sort it out. Feeling extremely displeased, I asked another staff member to call the manager. It took another 15 minutes to finalize the bill, and the manager never appeared. This was the first time I have ever experienced such poor treatment, especially after spending around $2000.

We frequently dine at this location. A couple of things tonight. The hostess couldn’t find my name on the reservation! Our server was Uber slow!!! Slower than a turtle! We are not happy with our dinner experience this time around.
