   Outstanding wait staff, especially Jennifer. As always, the food and ambiance was five star, but the service put the experience over the top. Brent

   The service was very good. But the food was slow. The appetisers came out almost same time as our meal. So we couldn’t really enjoy them as we would have liked to. Overall we sat at 7:30pm and food did not come out until 9pm

   Food was decent , the steak was a little bland , so it seem over price , everything else was good.

   Terrible service, food came out disheveled and waitress not really engaged. Fro the price I paid for two would never do again

   3 of the 4 ribeyes were great - thickness of cut, marbling, cooking technique & doneness. 1 ribeye was 1/2 the thickness of the others, had no marbling & was a gristle steak. It was so clearly different visually upon arrival, that when delivered mentioned that I ordered a ribeye as what was delivered didn’t appear to be the right cut. The waitress was aware, and assured me it was no different (no real attempt to resolve, including a half-hearted manager check on “are you happy”). The visual fail proved true upon eating it - poor quality, different in kind product, shouldn’t have been served at Morton’s. I left a 20% tip, and didn’t want to make a scene - but I didn’t feel valued as a customer who was spending nearly $500 on a meal. Disappointed with Morton’s this visit, despite being a satisfied patron many times over the years.

   Excellent dining experience. Started at the bar and moved to our table for 8. Morton’s accommodated our reservations as we kept changing them. Our server Grace was incredible. Kind, helpful and efficient. Fabulous service. Bartenders were great and made one of the best margaritas ever.

   I'm not a picky eater BUT when you charge $74 for a steak, you have to know how to cook it. Service was also slow. The decline of Morton's continues.

   My lobster was succulent and delicious…my husband’s “Pittsburg-style” steak was perfectly done … we a very enjoyable evening. The service was impeccable!!! We will definitely come again.

   Disappointing that do not enforce thr dress code! People in basketball jerseys , beanie hats and sneakers! Didnt strike me a busines casual!
