Never a bad experience at Mortons, BUT expect to pay a premium. When you get food quality that is unmatched, with service that equals it, in my humble opinion, it's ABSOLUTELY worth it.

As always, the food was spectacular. Sadly, the service was surprisingly poor. An inattentive waiter who disappeared for long periods of time, side orders missed (twice - and then it still showed on when the bill was first presented).

Everything was amazing. They really treat you right. They knew it was our anniversary and everyone was saying Happy Anniversary. The menu had it as well as they took a picture and printed it out. Even without that the food was amazing. Will definitely go back for any occasion.

Consistently good steaks and food, which is surprising for a chain restaurant but they obviously put time into the quality of their food. The service is always tops, as it should be from a high end steakhouse.

Morton's is our go-to spot for all special occasions. The food is always awesome, from the lobster bisque and bacon-wrapped scallops to the Caesar salad to the lobster tails and filet mignon and loaded baked potato to the key lime pie! Our favorite cocktails, apricot sours on the rocks, are always delicious. This visit, our service could have been better. Our server was unfriendly and humorless and too fast to take our order and run away before we could add requests (such as sauce for our steaks, or even salt and pepper!) It dampened our occasion a bit. But we'll be back!!

Food was amazing. Staff was welcoming. Celebrated a 17 birthday. Hostess took picture and gave it to us upon exiting.
