    The food was great, the drinks were out in 5 minutes, the table bread was yummy, reminded us of an "everything bagel", my husbands steak was cooked perfect, my crab legs were delicious, and the service was great, especially our waitress Marlem, who was attentive and very nice. The ambiance is very pleasant, and the soft-volumed live music was a nice touch. They did bring the wrong dessert, but corrected the mistake, and didn't charge us for either dessert, that is Great Customer Service!!! It is VERY pricey but for a special occasion it's well worth it. We will definitely be back!

    The live music was good but just a tad too loud. She was a great singer though. I loved the bread but my husband doesn't eat poppy seeds so he couldn't have any. We split the wedge salad and it was wonderful. We had the crab cake and it was just ok. My husband had the waygu filet and was disappointed in it. I think they flip flopped our temperature requests on the steaks. I ordered the Oscar style filet and it was good. Over all nice experience but not worth the cost. Service was great! And from what we saw, there was no dress code enforced.

    Waitress Heather was great. My problem was that 3 out of 4 people wanted a non alcoholic beer and to our surprise they had none.

    Amazing service. Top notch dining experience. So excited to have a restaurant like this on the west side!

    Had a wonderful time there on Christmas Day. Food was excellent and our waitress was attentive to our needs. The only issue was that once we ordered, it took about 45 minutes to get our food! This is can probably be attributed to one of two things: - It was Christmas and pretty packed - The newness of the restaurant - it has only been open for one week.

    I think this place bit off more than it could chew by opening on December 18 and serving on Christmas Day. They seemed completely overwhelmed. We had a reservation at 4:00 and were seated promptly. We had to ask for bread. Ordered a few appetizers that were good but took way too long to arrive and did not arrive together so we each ate our appetizers separately. Then the same thing happened with our main courses. Two of us ordered filets “medium”, one ordered the sea bass, and the fourth ordered a seafood platter. The fish arrived about 5 minutes before the others. When the filets arrived they were very well done. We sent both filets back and that took at least another 15 minutes only to have them arrive very close to well done again (no pink whatsoever). Since the other two were already done with their meals, we took them as is. Not tough but the flavor had been cooked out of them. The manager was very apologetic and comped a lot of 3 of the dinner bills which was appropriate. But the money aside, the four of us ate separately at the same table almost the entire night. It took almost 3 hours from sitting down to leaving. We will (may) try them again after they’ve been open for a while and gotten the links out. But I wish that hadn’t been our Christmas dinner!

    We arrived on time and seated immediately. Our server went over the menu and answered any questions. We placed our order which was a tomahawk bone in ribeye. Cooked to medium temp. While waiting for the steak we had ordered soup. The soup was delicious but we had to request soup spoons. When the ribeye was served it was the the wrong cut and it was cooked to a well done temp. We sent the ribeye back and the server apologized. We had to ask that the sides that we ordered to be taken back as they would get cold waiting for the new ribeye. When the correct order was received it was just all right. I think what bothered us the most was that NOT once did a manager come a talk to us. I guess spending $250 for diner doesn't count. I will not be going back to Mortons any time soon!!

    Worst experience at a steak house ever. Waitress had no knowledge of the drink menu or regular food menu. Ordered a coke and dirty martini. Coke came in a bottle which is fine but would have like to been told no refills and a bottle was the only option. Dirty martini came out clear as day and she spilt half of it pouring it. We asked for a side of olive brine. Once she finally came back 20 mins later to order we ordered to then find out both our choices were out of stock. A tomahawk and the portrehouse. It would have been nice to been told the out of stock items when we say down. Waitress was mad we asked for the check for the single gross martini. We left. Never once did a manger come greet us or apologize for the inconvenience.
