We had a great time! The food was wonderful as was the service! The manager, Sebastian, went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely go back!

I was so excited to snag a reservation at Mortons for Valentine's Day (and canceled my other) but boy was it a let down. We thought Morton's was high-end, the only thing high was the pricing. We were told to go upstairs for seating. The room we were placed in was almost like a meeting room you'd see at a hotel. The table was small, literally couldn't fit the apps and bread. The waiter didn't introduce himself just came up and asked if we wanted any drinks. The Mojito I got was almost like a mix? No real muddled lime just juice tasting. I almost never send anything back but it was not good. My filet was perfect while my partners had multiple threads of tendon. The people next to us had the same experience. Honestly halfway through we couldn't wait to leave. It's only a block from where we live and we were hoping to add it to our go-to list but honestly I don't think a second chance is even worth it.

I gave low marks on ambiance because the tables were so close together that it felt like we were at one long table with a bunch of strangers for Valentines Day dinner. Additionally, when we walked in, it appeared as though the hosts weren’t enforcing the dress code and we saw many people in hoodies and T-shirt’s. Not proper clothing for a place that charges over $100 per person for a meal.

Very disappointed with the experience. Was seated upstairs with no option nor any notice when making the reservation. Table was very small so spent the entire evening juggling items around. Ruined my opinion of Morton’s. No longer feel comfortable bringing clients there or going there for personal dining.

We weren’t aware of the special Valentines Day menu until we got there, so we decided to try it and were very pleased with our choices.
