Unfortunately my experience here wasn’t a good one slow service( took a hour to get food), and the salmon my wife requested to be cooked well done was undercooked. We ended up leaving due to this. However I will note the manager apologized and offered us to return so they could make things right, we probably wont return here ever again though

Worst service we've had ever at Morton's. The waiter seemed super annoyed from the start because we didn't order drinks (we don't drink, a lot of people don't...) and he would not let it go. Then the food took forever at every stage of the meal with very little apology, and certainly no offer to comp anything in return (would have been standard in the past). He started pushing us to order dessert while I was still in the middle of eating (like, literally half a steak on my plate). When we did order dessert we made sure not to order one of the ones that takes extra time, but it still took over 20 minutes, by which time we were finished with coffee and ready to just go. Again, no apology, or even acknowledgement that things were off. The food was delicious, as always, but at those prices I'd hope so! We've been coming to Morton's for 25 years and even had a wedding event here and after this dinner I doubt we'll come back.

I fell in LOVE with this location in 2018. I have celebrated Christmas, birthdays, and anniversaries here! The food was the BEST! And, for some reason, no other location could master Arlington’s technique, seasoned entrees, and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! However, yesterday was so horrible, I will never go back again. I have NEVER had to use salt and pepper on my food while dining, until I did yesterday…on EVERYTHING! The quality of the steak was so poor, the manager came to take a photo. The mashed potatoes had potatoes so hard, you had to cut it with a knife! MASHED POTATOES! They changed the noodles in the lobster macaroni and cheese as well as lacked on the seasoning. The manager and our waiter tried to come up with a solution by asking to remake one of the side dishes, however, I did not think that would change the quality. I’m not sure if the chef was having a bad day (which does happen as we are all human) but, this was the worst high end restaurant experience I have ever had. I don’t know if anyone will read this, but, I think a touch base should happen with management and quality control to get things back on track. I am so disappointed.

We went for our anniversary and we had a great meal. Our server was professional and took great care of us. The food was delicious and we highly recommend this restaurant.

Loved the personal touch! Outstanding service, delicious food, and impeccable wine list! We had a great night at the best table in the house. Note, you don’t need to an order carbs - the bread is delicious!

The Steak and Lobster tail was delicious! Definitely recommend if you want great food, good comany in a stylish restaurant. Big compliments to the chef’s… The best in the DMV area!

Let me start off my saying the food was EXCEPTIONAL! Me and my wife went to celebrate my 35th birthday Aug 2024. Other than us being sitting at the very back (near the kitchen and service staff). It was a quaint and serene environment. I wish I remembered our servers name, but she was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. My only displeasure of the evening came when a food server brought out a plate with shellfish and sat in right in my face. “That’s not my plate, I’m allergic” I said. He thought I was joking or pranking him. But eventually he took the plate away. 5 seconds later, because we’re sitting so close to the kitchen we can hear him joking and laughing with his colleagues about it in the back. Then we see him take the plate that he had all in my face, to another guest. My wife was upset. I downplayed to continue to enjoy my evening, but thinking back. It was very disappointing.
