    Two for $130 dinner special. My 7oz. steak was red throughout (ordered medium well) and 1/3 fat/gristle that ended up in my napkin. Waitress (Alissa?) was amazing. View was insanely cool!

    Our dinner experience was great! Ribeye was delicious and cooked to perfection! Flavor of the filet was good! Dessert was excellent! Our waitress Anna couldn’t have been any more helpful. Would eat here again. I don’t understand the negative reviews!

    Had higher expectations and was definitely let down. Food was not proper for price, service was ok but quality checking was not done quick enough. Felt rushed, arrived at 9:15 was asked to order our last call drink before our dinner even arrived. Will not return.

    Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The food was expensive and fell short of expectations at that price point. I feel like you get something better at a place like the Keg for less money. Steak was a bit gristley and the cook was more on the rare side compared to medium rare. Server said they ran out of bacon bits for the night when the potato was served despite it still being early in the evening as well as still offering bacon on other menu dishes. So that didn't really feel right at all. The deserts were weak and need improvement.

    I arrived at Mortons around 7 PM, the waitercame to the table and provided water. He did not return to the table until 7:25 where we ordered our 1st drink that was delivered to the table at 7:45. He then took our food order which was delivered at 8:30 PM. I watched the table next to who arrived later than us get their drinks and meal and were leaving before we received our meal. My wifes food was overcooked, we explained our situation to the manager and she said she would speak to the waiter. My wife asked for the dirty ice with her drink, never got it. Overall very disappointed with Mortons.

    Bar was slow, one steak was undercooked. Our waiter was nice and pleasant, but all the waiters and waitresses seem to Uber busy. For the prices you would like a little more attention. The two floor supervisors could have did more. The bar wax"busy" but saw three bartenders doing more talking then mixing. As for yhe steak maybe cook should have read instructions. Wasn't a bad experience but wasn't on par of what we have received in the past.

    After a good steak, nice glass of wine, with excellent service and a great view - you cant go wrong with Mortens. Granted its a little expensive but worth it. Dined with my wife we split the bacon wrapped scallops as an appetizer - great start - although I would've served it on smaller dish - the three scallops looked a little lost. She had the fillet and I took on the rib eye - asked for medium rare got medium rare and extra pepper sauce too boot. Great sides specially the grilled asparagus, the twice baked potatoes had a nice bite but the fried sprouts were probably done a little too much and bacon pieces could've have been a bit smaller. We appreciated the comped dessert - it was a birthday surprise.- well done!

    Our server, Mike, was amazing. Personable, friendly, and accommodating. During our conversation he found out we were celebrating our 40th anniversary and surprised us with a cake and took a digital photo for us to take with us as a remembrance. No regrets in dining here. Will recommend to any who asks where to eat while in Niagara Falls. Thank you Mike for making our dinner and trip to Niagara Falls so memorable.

    Morton's is a fine steakhouse in several cities that I have been to. Usually the food is of great quality but the Niagara Falls location disappointed. The two medium rare steaks were severely over done. Additionally, the steaks were not tender. Filets should melt in your mouth, these were their top of the line prime and were tough. I I expect the food to be right for the price but this was a complete surprise and disappointment. The manager did attempt to make it right but the anticipation was already spoiled. Morton's has one job and that is steak. They failed to meet their goal and my expectations.
