    This is our 4th year visiting Morton’s to celebrate our anniversary. Our bill for 2 people, no alcoholic drinks included - is usually $265-275 and the experience is usually amazing! This year, however, after making reservations weeks prior, window seat requested, we were asked to wait for our table when we arrived -no problem. A couple walked in a few minutes after us, and we overheard that they had no reservations and were not staying at the hotel. They were escorted to a private window seat while we waited for 10 mins longer. When we finally were taken to our seat, our seats were wet from being wiped, and we were seated in very close proximity to a family with a crying, teething, breastfeeding baby - not a problem - but the other couple who had not made prior arrangements went right in, were seated by the window in a very private locale, and we sat almost in the spotlight of the window. The food was delicious as usual but we were hurt and annoyed that our special night had not been honoured. Very disappointing. Perhaps our next visit will be our last. I’d like to think that this type of behaviour is rare and will not be repeated in our case, or any others. Very embarrassing. We did not find it necessary to make a scene and ruin our night.

    Food was great! Server was great! A couple beside us was quite loud and intoxicated but guess it was a show haha. We couldn’t find parking, They charged us a late fee for one minute. Overall nice place, pretty view

    A diner at it’s best, dry and cold food, dirty tables and cutlery, I don’t know who writes the reviews for this place but the value of food is incomparable to price/service, regretted trusting and using this app. 275 dollars for a wine, 2 small steaks, 2 dry potatoes and 2 starters. The dessert tasted like plastic covered in caramel, overall very disappointing

    The restaurant was extremely loud. Our reservation was for 7:30 which is not too late but when I ordered the oysters as an appetizer, the server came back to say they had run out and asked me to choose something else. I ended up with the lobster bisque which the server said was excellent. It was very rich and creamy but a bit lacking in flavour. Filet Mignon was cooked properly although my husband’s ribeye was more rare than medium-rare and he had to add salt to give it more flavour. For dessert I asked for the crème brûlée. Five minutes later the server came back and said they had run out and what would be my second choice. Not impressed with them running out of items and having to sit for about 15 minutes with our dirty appetizer plates in front of us despite being told they would be cleared right away. Overall very disappointed and for the cost totally underwhelmed with Morton’s

    Beautiful view of the falls far away from all the touristy stuff. Highly recommend.

    Beef filet was dry. Expensive entrees don't come with sides. My bacon wrapped scallops had multiple hairs in and on them and had to be returned.

    We had booked two nights at the Marriott to celebrate our anniversary and planned a special dinner for my wife at Morton’s. It was meant to be the highlight of our stay, a special dinner we had been looking forward to for months. However, from the moment we were seated, the experience fell short. The service was cold and lacked warmth, leaving us feeling as if we weren’t really welcome. We ordered the Firecracker shrimp, bao buns, and a pizza for our daughter. The food was great, but the cocktails were sadly underwhelming, which added to our disappointment. What was truly disheartening was that, despite it being our anniversary, we weren’t offered a special menu, even though others around us celebrating birthdays or anniversaries were. It felt as though we were being overlooked and uncared after. To make matters worse, one of the forks on the table was dirty, and while we didn’t make a big deal of it, having to ask for a replacement added to the overall letdown. This turned out to be the worst anniversary celebration we’ve experienced.My wife was especially disappointed and took some time to recover from the experience. We genuinely wish Morton’s all the best, but we won’t be returning—and it’s hard to think they’d care either.
