    Extremely loud, waiter recommended shank good flavor but poor meat, chocolate cake and salad excellent better view of falls next door floor 26 tower

    It was nice noise level was a little high. Took a while to get drinks and refills. Nothing is included with your steak everything is an add on. Food was hot and delicious just pricey for what you get.

    We had a reservation on and sat at small bar they have for 25 minutes and bartenders never acknowledged us or offered a drink. Only 10 seats at bar. I asked the bartender if we could please get a drink? She said I'm busy now. Then we got to our table and took a long time for a waiter to come. He took our drink order which took 15 minutes to get. He was friendly, but when we needed him, he was not around. Pepper shakers did not work, so got up and saw a large wooden one to use. My husband said it was empty, no pepper corns in it. Ordered the 8 oz prime Manhattan steak.. was very small and tough. Took most of it home for my dogs. Ceasar salad was bland. Asparagus was very good. This was nothing like the Morton's we have been to in Florida. Was not worth price and felt very much ignored there.

    They service was very slow and our steaks were cold. Staff did the best they could but very overpriced and food was mediocre.

    We got there 15 mins before our reservation. Hostess told us we could go sit at the bar and will be called. The bar back and bar tenders were all taking tables. Very crazy. We finally at 7:05 checked our reservation again and she said you are not checked in but she can check us in now. We waited until 7:30 , it was obvious they were understaffed. Finally they sat the 3 of us over in a corner on a 6 top table over where they get plates and glasses from. So over all a total Morton disappointed. Side note. Our waitress tried her best to make up for the craziness. She was the highlight of the dinner.

    Best service by any restaurant ever! Anna C and the entire staff made us feel so special. The food was excellent.

    Loved the seafood campacoa, definitely an appetizer to share for 2. Did not care for the barnacoa tacos, lots of meat that was dry, need more moisture and variety. Skip the French fries and replace with rice and beans. Add more guacamole and Cassie fresco.

    We had dinner twice at MORTON’S. Both times we were delighted with the food and service. Mario was our server both times, GREAT service with pleasant and genuine costumer service
