    I had the 6oz filet and lobster. It was delicious! I will definitely be eating there again!!!

    We went to celebrate our engagement and were looking for a nice place with view on the falls and good food. We spent a wonderful night with a panoramic table by the window. Sebastian, the bulgarian server, was very kind attending us and giving us suggestions on what to order and where to eat in the surroundings. We took a fixed menu, with meals to choose from a list, which was good even if a bit pricey (taking into account the taxes and tips), but we were on top of the falls. They also offered us a nice present printing a picture of us with thr dessert and putting it on a congratulations card!

    Mike P. best server he took care of us all night. Was very polite and gave us attentive service.

    The service was amazing, however, my burger was not enjoyable. I’m assuming the more expensive items would be of much higher quality.

    Horrible experience. Steak sandwich was cold and meat seemed old. Burger was more akin to a burger at a fast food spot - not something you'd expect at a "high-end" steakhouse. Just a horrible experience overall.

    My server went all out for me and I was brought to tears with his thoughtful response and offerings and I was given souvenirs of my great experience with Morton’s as it was my 32nd wedding anniversary .

    This is our 4th year visiting Morton’s to celebrate our anniversary. Our bill for 2 people, no alcoholic drinks included - is usually $265-275 and the experience is usually amazing! This year, however, after making reservations weeks prior, window seat requested, we were asked to wait for our table when we arrived -no problem. A couple walked in a few minutes after us, and we overheard that they had no reservations and were not staying at the hotel. They were escorted to a private window seat while we waited for 10 mins longer. When we finally were taken to our seat, our seats were wet from being wiped, and we were seated in very close proximity to a family with a crying, teething, breastfeeding baby - not a problem - but the other couple who had not made prior arrangements went right in, were seated by the window in a very private locale, and we sat almost in the spotlight of the window. The food was delicious as usual but we were hurt and annoyed that our special night had not been honoured. Very disappointing. Perhaps our next visit will be our last. I’d like to think that this type of behaviour is rare and will not be repeated in our case, or any others. Very embarrassing. We did not find it necessary to make a scene and ruin our night.
