Group of 5 of us. 4 out of 5 of us got the 3 course meal. Good value for what you get. Steaks were good, cooked to our liking. Mine was served lukewarm at best but tasted alright. Nothing spectacular. Not a fan of the baked potato, thought that another option could have been offered. Would have liked to see more areas of the restaurant have tvs to watch at least one of the games that were on. Dessert with the 3 course meal was probably the highlight. Overall decent experience.

The service provided was truly exceptional, reflecting a high standard of hospitality. However, there are areas for improvement regarding the quality of the food, particularly with the sides such as the corn soufflé and potato gratin.

Was back and forth with a couple other places as latest reviews here seem to show a pattern of a weathered restaurant. We felt the same. Very slow Saturday night. No host for 5 minutes and our server who was super nice was really only visible when food came to the table. Just super slow for such a slow night. Food was good but nothing similar to a “Morton’s” experience. I had a prefix menu so won’t complain about pricing as the value was great but the regular menu is very expensive for the service and attentiveness I would expect at that price level. All and all we had a good time just not a great time.

Lisa B, our waitress went beyond on her customer service! We enjoyed the view and the food. She helped us with choosing whats best. And had a time to get to know us. Mom really appreciated it too! We're thankful for her.

The view was fantastic! Menu was varied, but portions did not match price point. Did a wine pairing ($30.00), that included three small samples that allowed for variety. I would recommend this if you're open to trying new things. Some staff were friendly & helpful, but others were lacking. Meal was served promptly, perhaps too fast for the fine dining we were hoping for. Included bread was tasty but we only had our steak knives to use for butter, did not feel very refined. Cutlery changes and proper plate clearing/table cleaning would have been helpful as we were left holding our apps plates when the mains were served. Would likely not return but an okay place to try if you're coming for the view.

Unfortunately, if you don't get a window seat it is very hard to see the falls or the light show. Our waiter forgot the dessert that comes with the winter blast meal my partner got and rushed us out after reminding the waiter 2 times. Steak was good but my fish sat on the heater for a long time and was dry.

It was OK, not great. But we expected OK. For a few years now the quality of many Morton restaurants around the country have decreased. We live in Miami and the one there you can’t even eat at anymore it’s so disappointing, we go to others when traveling and they all just meet. I remember when Morton’s always exceeded our expectations. Sorry but it’s changed over the years. Even regular $$ restaurant chains are delivering better service and quality than Morton’s nowadays. You guys really need to change it up soon.
