   Brought my friends/neighbors and they absolutely loved it. One of them purchased gift certificates for his friends afterwards.

   First time at Morrow Steak; and we went for Easter brunch. The interior decor is funky but classy. Service was excellent. Wine list looked pretty good. We had champagne, and started with the bread. It was tasty, but huge, enough for a family of six. She had the snapper and grits, and I had the crab cake Benedict. Both were cooked perfectly, but could have been a little more seasoned. A little salt and pepper, and we cleaned our plates. She finished with a key lime martini, which was delicious. We enjoyed the whole experience, and definitely recommend it.

   My experience was excellent also my boyfriend loves the place. Ashley was our waitress and she gave me a very quality experience 1A!

   Very good vibes. Very delicious food albeit a bit pricy though. Overall A+.

   This place is beautiful! If you are looking for a restaurant to celebrate any special occasion Morrow Steak is the place! The food was delicious and the cocktails were strong! The service was good for the most part. Our only complaint was that our server did not check on us as often as we would have liked her to.

   From checking in at the host stand to our server insisting on presenting our dessert before boxing it up, everything was a 10 out of 10. Morrow/Steak is not just an amazing black-owned restaurant, it is an amazing restaurant period. Larry Morrow’s attention to detail is impeccable. Everything was top-tier from beginning to end.

   We had a wonderful dinner. The entire staff is welcoming and super attentive, which is not too common these days. The cocktails were not only beautiful but tasted great. The food was excellent. The restaurant itself is decorated so well with tall ceilings, dark colors and lots of greenery creating privacy and muting some of the sounds you would have expected to echo. Really an amazing spot downtown. I highly recommend it!

    Where do I even start? We walked in and were immediately greeted by the host—they were very friendly, by the way. Once we were seated, our waitress introduced herself and took our drink orders. I had a glass of wine, and my partner had a sidecar. We started off with the Parker bread—very good, and a larger portion than I expected. For my entrée, I had the 8oz filet and added a lobster tail. My partner had the ribeye, and we shared sides of garlic mashed potatoes and seafood mac and cheese. Everything was top tier, honestly. The service was great, the ambiance was nice, and most importantly, the food was amazing. It was a bit loud for some reason, but other than that, I have no complaints. I’ll definitely be visiting again.
