OpenTable diners named our restaurant as one of the best around. Located in the heart of Dublin city center and overlooking the River Liffey, The Five-Star Morrison Hotel Dublin, Curio Collection by Hilton, now offers the cool and contemporary Morrison Grill restaurant space for guests to enjoy exciting culinary experiences, created with the very best of Irish produce.
Executive Head Chef, Sushil Kumar, describes his food ethos as a celebration of fresh local produce, served up with innovation. The award-winning Morrison Grill is one of the best restaurants in Dublin city and is home to one of the first Josper Grills in Ireland, which is a combined charcoal grill and oven that can reach temperatures of 500°C. This ensures that our steaks and other meats are cooked perfectly.

Tea is not a drink, it's an Event. We know our regular guests love to come in to the Morrison all to relax, people watch and catch up with good friends, while soaking up the atmosphere and enjoying the Fancy Pants Afternoon Tea in our luxurious setting overlooking the River Liffey. Served daily at the Morrison Grill from 12pm to 6pm. from the 15th March: €42.00 with tea & coffee. €49.00 with prosecco or our signature afternoon tea cocktail. €59.00 with a glass of Moet Champagne

Our Gentlemen’s Afternoon Tea offers a twist on the traditional afternoon tea swapping finger sandwiches for delicious items such as steak sandwiches, beef sliders, smoked rasher scones and whiskey chocolate truffles that can be washed down with a refreshing bottle of Hope beer priced at €42 per person. from the 15th March 2023. It’s definitely not just for gentlemen either - we believe it will also appeal to ladies looking for an alternative to the traditional afternoon tea. Served daily at the Morrison Grill from 12pm to 6pm.

Customer service at its best! The place is nice and modern and really spacious. Food was well presented and nice but we just had burgers, tea / coffee come with a really nice touch ☺️ Staff are great too and the manager on duty went above and beyond to sort out an issue we had with one of the mains. 10 out of 10.

A very pleasant experience for a solo traveller. Warm reception and friendly, attentive staff. Interesting menu with small selection of Irish Specialties which were very welcome on a cool Autumn day. Tasty clam chowder and delicious Dish pie. Am tempted to return to try their Josper Grill steak offering

The restaurant makes much of their high temp grill for steaks and is interestingly decorated, although without any sound control. No-one near us seemed to be ordering steaks though. The food was artfully displayed on the plate, and the fish we both had was declicious. However, the service was abysmal. Our server had minimal English..enough for set phrases but when we said something like "we'll order our starters now, then will order our mains after we've looked them over some more", she said "ok" then promptly went to take away our menus, having no clue why we wanted to keep them. I had to explain in Spanish what we wanted. Same sort of thing happened with drinks. When another server brought two side dishes (a potato one and a veg one) there were no serving spoons for them, she seemed surprised when I asked for them., and not overly bothered by the lapse Again having to do so in Spanish. This is now a Curio offering by Hilton (and we were guests there for a few nights), with a high aiming restaurant. If I were the Chef, I'd get out now and go work somewhere else where the front staff would be at the level of the food I prepared. As it is now there is a large gap, language and in terms of expected table service.

Lovely place for lunch or dinner, service is excellent and a really nice ambience. Perfect location too! Lots of choice on the menu but you don't have to break the bank if you don't want to.

Really enjoyed lunch at the Morrison. Food was very tasty and I would consider a good selection. Service was excellent. Staff were pleasant and didn’t “hover” but knew when you needed to ask a question or refill your glass. Even though there were a lot of people in the restaurant including a small child I was not aware of “noise”. Just a pleasant atmosphere. Food prices were also reasonable considering quality, service and atmosphere.
