We normally go to Hoffman Estates location but couldn’t get reservation for when we wanted so went to Mt Prospect location. It looks really old and needs a complete remodel. Food was fine. I ordered the 3 small filet sandwich. I asked for a container to take home 1 sandwich and all the waitress brought me was a piece of foil. No box or bag. Won’t return here.

Our wait staff Erica is the best!!! The bam bam shrimp was too tough this time, and came on a big white plate that was way too big for this dish. On the other hand, someone’s salad came on a very small dish. Maybe there was a change in kitchen staff? Also, i stopped ordering the homemade potato chips because they are no longer cooked properly!

We have always loved Morettis but we were very disappointed on our last visit. The service was poor - took forever to get a drink let alone a second round. Not sure if we we will return.

Food was good and a value for quality. The service was really poor. The restaurant was not that crowded and we were a party of 6. Server was not attentive and rarely returned in a timely matter with anything. We had to ask other servers or employees or just go to another table and grab clean plates or napkins. We continued to clean our own table by placing the dishes on a table next to us. We were not done, wanted dessert but she brought check and walked away. We enjoy Moretti's but will not be back to the MP location.
