The reason u cannot give 5 stars for all areas is because of the surcharge on the bill. Either change the menus to reflect the actual prices or do away with the surcharge. Covid days are behind us, move forward.

Great, but the service was a little sporadic and sometimes we had to wait for things we needed. The food was good although the appetizer portion seemed a little skimpy.

We were a party of 6 for lunch and sat at a large round table. The chairs were all different heights which was weird and considering there weren't many people in there, it took awhile for our waitress to come over. We ordered drinks but, all the soda was completely flat. The waitress made zero effort to rectify, correct, or apologize so we all ordered water or tea. When the last member of our party arrived and ordered a soda, she didn't say a word and started to walk away. One of us had to stop her and let our friend know about the soda. Music was kind of loud and made it tough to hear anyone around the large table. Food was just okay. I looked around the table and the two people who ordered burgers had a "patty" that was basically shaped like a meatball and way too small for the bun. The other meals were okay, nothing to get excited about.

Food was good. Got our pasta and chicken after about 35 minutes and thought the pizza was right behind. Finally after 1 hr we were done with the pasta but the kids pizza hadn’t come yet. Said the order ticket machine wasn’t working. Never asked about addl drinks. Only cut a small amount off the bill after complaining. Will find a diff location next time.

Service was excellent & the food was good too. One thing that turned us off & it's an odd thing, but we all noticed it.... the water tasted really funky! Not sure what it was, but we all stopped drinking it immediately. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The food is consistently pretty decent, but they never thaw out their desserts to have ready for the dinner crowd. This time and one time before, we ordered the Tiramisu, because it is pretty darn good tiramisu. The prior time, we were told they forgot to take any out to thaw. This time we were served frozen solid tiramisu. When we asked them to thaw it out, they said they couldn't and it would take about 30 minutes for it to thaw and apologized (again), that they forgot to thaw any dessert for the dinner crowd. Really?!
