We were seated in the dining room. We arrived at 5. There were 6 of us. Was t very crowded yet. Service was extremely slow- probably took 20 minutes just to receive our drinks. We ordered an appetizer that never came. We cancelled it when our dinners arrived, but then it showed up. I think the bar may be understaffed and just cannot handle main restaurant orders on top of the bar area . I don’t think it was our servers fault. In total the time it took for our dinner was 5-8

The manager went out of his way to get us gift cards and points on our account. Waiter was attentive. Room was quite cold. Food was very good.

Stopped in here for pizza & beer before heading over to Lake Zurich Jack o Lantern World. We ordered a large sausage pizza but received a cheese pizza. Our waiter was nice enough to reorder us the correct pizza & took it off the bill.

Overall mediocre. Our server, gracious, knowledgeable,BUT seriously overwhelmed by the number of tables (and the number of people) she needed to serve. Moretti could hire a few more staffers. The food was mediocre; the chips and dip was just plain bad, the chips were soggy and under cooked. I suppose I should be grateful the didn’t give us many.
