                                                                                          In our reservation we mentioned 2 children, one of them needing a high chair. We arrived on time, were directed to a back corner table (good idea when with children) but no high chair. Other tables seated at same time or after us received menus, water, etc, while we did our best to keep 2 children from getting restless. Finally received menus, then MUCH too long of a wait for order to be taken. The other tables already had their appetizers. We managed to keep a 5 year old and 1 year old contained and quiet, but how could the staff not realize the situation?? We even told them so!! Food is always good there, but for the prices, the soup bowls could have been filled up more, and extra rice could have been brought when they saw we were out of it. Reservation included that this was for a birthday celebration, but no acknowledgement was made.

                                                                                          Moonstone is very popular on weekends, but on a Monday night, there were only two other tables occupied while we were there. The menu is very overpriced and personally, I like my little takeout joint better. Ordered jumbo prawns with black bean sauce. There were onions covering the platter making it difficult to find the prawns. And no other vegetable used to round out the dish. Most restaurants will toss sprigs of broccoli or a few pea pods on this type of dish. Even shredded carrot would have helped. It was tasty, but VERY dull. My companions enjoyed their shrimp lo mein and crispy beef. Won ton soup had good won tons, but tasteless soup. This is a beautiful restaurant..., they need to work on their prices and value.

                                                                                          I usually love their food but this trip- the food was completely drenched in sauce. We all felt our dishes had an unusual amount of sauce and oil. If I go back, I will have to tell them - light on the sauce.

                                                                                          Unexpectedly Amazing! Came here to celebrate Mother’s Day with my family and it was absolutely an amazing experience. The staff here was extremely well attentive, friendly and always happy to aid us in our needs. The drinks are delicious, with the food being tasty! I will say, the food is served in very large portions that came be shared with 2 people. We did not know that and ended up having take aways! But we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner and experience! Mom loved it! Will return!
