My son and I went on a Thursday for the summer event experience. We were the only ones there for the 7:00 seating, so we had the whole place to ourselves! Everything was perfectly executed and delicious. The menu changes depending on market availability and whatever is fresh. Who knew Italian-Japanese fusion was a thing, but it worked very well. Highly recommend.

Great restaurant! Chef Akira is amazing and his skills are shown off with each dish. The service is amazing also. Servers were super attentive to anything we needed or if we had any questions. Highly recommended for date night or any type of event or just even a nice dinner out.

Kimchi carbonara was so good. A5 with risotto was good as well. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be going back.

We had a wonderful experience for our anniversary dinner. Perhaps the pacing between courses could be slower to allow for better savoring of each course. Chef Akira is passionate about cooking, and his plates reflect his love for the kitchen. Highly recommended!

One of the best restaurants in North Texas. The service is amazing. Chef Akira seems to genuinely enjoy serving amazing dishes to his customers, and he always shows his appreciation for our service. Every dish he serves is high quality, and he sources his ingredients from Italy and even Japan. He's always excited to ask his customers to give him dish suggestions upon their next reservation. Chef Akira and the team are passionate and it shows!

Absolutely the best Italian Japanese fusion restaurant in Texas. Taste is beyond description, interior is nice, quiet and cozy. Good for special occasion such as bday and anniversary.

Excellent experience, and the food was out of this world! We got the tasting menu…7 courses, and the chef added one to make it 8!! And they’re not small bites, these are normal portions…. So bring your appetite! These dishes aren’t what you’d find just anywhere, the style and techniques Chef uses are a once and a lifetime experience.
