We did the $75 tasting menu and it was superb. Monique and the rest of the staff members did a fantastic job on education and service. We will absolutely be back!

Kevin Tien is a wonderfully creative chef delivering exceptionally original and delicious food. You might look at some of the combinations on the menu with hesitation, but the flavors meld beautifully. The dining room is warm and inviting and the service is excellent. It is a little noisy, but you have no trouble hearing your dining partners. For diners seeking something beyond the run of the mill steak house or french bistro, Moon Rabbit is a must-visit!

Would do 4.5 if i could. I dont give 5s. We had the chef menu. Wasn't sure what to expect but everything had a deep complex flavor. I would not categorize as vietnamese. Some influences with ingredients but the tastes and plates were much more complex and very well executed. Drinks were also super tasty and inventive. I would highly recommend to just go with chef choice. They know what is best. For the quality I think reasonable value (I am from NYC so this is decent value comparatively).

Great service. When chef noticed the meat we ordered was delivered overdone they redid it and sent it out again. Nice gesture and evidence that someone was watching the kitchen!

Absolutely amazing service. We did the chef’s menu and the flavors were both exotic and amazing. 10/10 would go again.

I did the chef's tasting on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was recommended by a chef who was spot on. The food was delicious, nicely timed, presented in an appealing and appetizing and artful way. The service was great. One primary server and one primary busser, but the entire staff worked as a team. There is no sommelier to consult when I wanted to match a glass of wine with my entree, but the bar manager was right on target with a pinot noir. Palate preparation tea was a nice touch before the amuse bouche and bread course. The summer roll was bright and delicious. The crudo was spectacular. The lamb entree was great. The dessert was green just like the bread - nicely bookmarked - and also nicely layered with multiple sensations. Dining room was beautiful, well lit, and tables were not on top of each other. It was clear why this is a James Beard nominated restaurant. note that there is a 22 % service charge added to each bill.

It was a lovely dining experience. The food was very good and there were several outstanding dishes - the sweet potato gnocchi with crab and the green curry sponge cake dessert was truly unique and sensational. You can see why their pastry chef has a stellar reputation.
