Moon Rabbit is a highly-regarded Vietnamese restaurant situated in the heart of Washington D.C., drawing inspiration from the virtuous rabbit depicted in the Buddhist Jataka tale. Culinary experience ! The service was superb - gracious attentive helpful. The Shrimp Thermidor, Crab Rangoon and Beef Waygu were hits even with teenagers. Deserts were as delicious as they were beautiful. We were treated with a visit to our table by Robert Tien highly highly recommend Moon Rabbit

Start to finish an awesome experience. Because it was our anniversary, they sat us right by the fireplace and gave us an extra, off menu dessert (that was to die for). All of the waitstaff are so attentive, especially our waitress Monique, who gave us great suggestions. If it's your first time, you definitely need to order the Taste of Vietnam! This was one of the best meals we've ever had - perfect to celebrate a special occasion.

We had the chef's menu. Everything was delicious and creative. Service was excellent. It's a bit loud but it was not too loud to carry a conversation.

We each had the Tour of Vietnam which included bread, snacks, two appetizers, two entrees and two desserts. All were amazingly good. The cocktails are also excellent. Can’t wait to go back again!

Very very chaotic service. I am shocked the manager let one completely slovenly server on the floor. Shirt tails untucked, droopy pants, I thought the dishwasher was serving...I am serious. Being large size is not an excuse for looking like a dumpster fire. Show respect to your customers, I dressed for dinner thinking this was fine dining, not off a food truck. Server suggested "get 2 or 3 plates for the table to share but order all at once." We thought they were plates enough to share...not at all!
