We love the Moon Bar! Always have friendly prompt service. Mussels were fabulous and always have the Jamaican Patty.

Great food. Seating is mainly around the bar with a few tables for 4-6 people. Great ambiance too!

Really flying under the radar for excellent food. Staff are also so friendly and fun!!

The dishes are very well prepared and presented but on the hot side. The overall noise level also a bit high. Excellent and friendly service!!

Outstanding and innovative food; the bartender characterized it as "equatorial," with influences ranging from India, Southeast Asia, through Central America and the Caribbean. Lots of little small plates and inventive flavor combinations, so great for people who are adventurous eaters. The staff is also really helpful about flagging things on the menu that are super spicy and will ask the kitchen to put sauces or condiments on the side if your party has people who don't tolerate fiery food very well.

We had a variety of cold and hot tapas. The stars were the tuna crudo and the black bass in a banana leaf. We will be back!

Stellar food and fantastic bartenders. The menu is exciting, creative, and well executed, which is no surprise given how great Mooncusser is.

I have very much enjoyed Moonbar several times in the past. The sweet plantains were always an incredible stand out. During this visit, they went from best to worst. The plantains were not sweet or cooked well. Perhaps they used the green plantains they use for the tostones by mistake. I told the server they were not right and we did not finish them. Nothing more was said and they remained on the bill. Also they seem to have changed the way they take reservations. they used to book Bar seats (actually at the bar) and Rail seats (seats by the window where you get ignored since the bar staff need to come round to serve). I booked bar seats and was sat at the rail. Disappointing. It's unclear whether I will come back. I'm sad about that.
