   The steak was as expected excellent- it is the quality of the entrée (clams on the half shell) and side dish (wild mushrooms) that elevates this meal. Cosmic. Service by Alan was impeccable

   My husband and I have now dined at Moo Moos maybe 3 - 4 times over the past 5 years. We come back because we love the service and food however this time we were disappointed. We shared a dozen oysters and when my husband saw the look on my face as I put one of them in my mouth he said "spit it out". He and I both agreed that this was a funky oyster and that it was a very good thing that I did not swallow it. We pointed it out to our lovely waiter who took it to the kitchen and showed the chef. Our table was at the back of the restaurant and I was unfortunately facing the kitchen. Our waiter showed the oyster to the chef who gave him a shrug, a glance at me and clearly dismissed the rancid oyster with not even so much as letting his nose close enough to confirm if in fact he had allowed an off oyster to be served. These are not a cheap dozen at $62 but that was not the concern here. Our waiter did not mention the oyster again nor convey to us what the chef's response was. When paying the bill I decided to ask why nothing had been said and he advised that the chef simply suggested he offer a replacement oyster. No apology. No discussion. I am fairly sure our waiter was embarrassed by the chefs suggestion and this is understandable. He (the waiter) was apologetic and offered to escort us to the restaurant manager (who was also lovely) to discuss with him. We don't get a night out very often and while walking to the front agreed not to ruin the rest of our night by taking this further with the manager. I stand by the amazing steaks and sides at MooMoo's as well as the service always being second to none, but this experience and the lack of acknowledgement of what could potentially have made me gravely ill will make me rethink before booking a table next time.

   THE BEST DINNER - we went to celebrate our engagement and Alberto was our waiter for the night and he was absolutely amazing + plus the other few staff that served us. The food was awesome, we could not fault it! We will be back

   Food was lovely, but the Resteraunt was incredibly hot and it was very an uncomfortable dining experience.

   I had the Short Rib and was absolutely next level! My husband had a streak, (Rib/Scotch) wasn’t the best, busy still nice, we ordered 3 sides to share …. And it was more than enough food, all in all an easy 4 1/2 stars!!! Highly recommend the rib if you like a soy flavour. The setting is lovely and the service is for the most part attentive, we were there for lunch, so probably less staff than a dinner service. Will definitely recommend and will be back !!!

    Steak was cooked well albeit only just warm. It appears they were held back for sides to be ready also. Our booking was for 730pm and mains did not arrive until a 850pm following only an order of a dozen oysters for entree. Waiter saw us becoming frustrated with the wait and came over to say ‘are you excited for your food’, but didn’t provide any info on how much longer it would be. Overall I would say go for the Steaks and nothing else. The sides left much to be desired, with only the potatoes meeting the expectations. Should probably have been a red flag for any restaurant to actively advise a minimum wait of 30 minutes for steaks. Didn’t seem to be much urgency in the kitchen.
