These cuts include; Dry Aged, Pasture Fed, All Natural and Grain Fed which include a mix of Wagyu and Angus breeds. Fantastic Venue! Definitely next level cuts of premium meat, amongst other goodies. Outweighed our expectations for sure. Great staff, great vibe, great selection of quality wine. Highly recommend and will be returning again.

Il faut vraiment s’y connaître en viande pour choisir le morceau qui convient. Ok pour mon épouse mais raté pour moi. Ambiance bruyante limite désagréable.

First time dining here and will make a regular visit - staff were funny, accommodating, friendly and very lovely. Food was impeccable and left feeling very satisfied.

We found the restaurant very noisy with loud music over lunch on Friday. Difficult to talk. Steak honestly was average - overpriced and riding on the restaurant name - my t-bone was on the tough side so all in all was not really the best steak on the Gold Coast….

Always great. Though I would have preferred my steak to be rare as I suggested rather than medium rare. Was definitely overcooked on the sirloin side.

Hi Nina and thanks for your feedback. With higher marbled steaks we always recommend/advise the guest to cook the steak more and the ideal temperature is medium. If a marbled steak is cooked blue or rare it doesn't allow the marbling (fat) to render and consequently there can be blobs of uncooked fat in the steak which is never desirable. If you have your heart set on a rare or blue steak there are leaner steak options such as the 200g and 300g tenderloins (eye fillets) which can be cooked any way you like due to them having no marbling. If this wasnt explained to you by the waiter then I apologise as it always should be. -Dayle Wood (restaurant manager).

We had such a lovely meal tonight. The staff were personable and professional, the food was devine and we had a great time celebrating the occasion.
