Food and service were great. Best steaks around, cant beat the hot plates, quality of food, and service! Only disappointment was that we requested outdoor seating but it was "closed" although two tables were occupied. This is fine, but before we even got our drinks another couple was then seated outside after they walked to their table then asked to be outside. Weird they were able but we were not in a span of about 3 minutes. Nothing outside had changed during this time.

Our waiter Grant was the best thing for my wife and I. We had a difficult day and Grant made us feel welcome and important . Even though Montana’s Rib and Chophouse - Butte ran out of the wedge salad he had a great alternative ! Thanks Grant for a wonderful dining experience !!!

Always a great place to eat. The only thing I can comment about is the steaks are not cooked consistently from visit to visit. I order medium and most of the time it is medium well.

The salmon & squash casserole were fantastic! I looked up the recipe for the casserole! Everyone else were very pleased with their choices!

First time for us at the Chop House. Yes, overpriced but we knew that going in. The steak was acceptable but Anaconda's Barclay ll beats it 10 to 1. One meal in our party was jambalaya. It was not impressive. It was more of a sparsely decorated seafood pasta dish. All in all there are better choices. Even in Butte.

As always, the meal was perfect and the service was very good. No place I would rather eat than the Montana Rib and Chophouse.

We had Prime Rib. It was so flavorful & tender enough you almost didn't need a knife! Our waiter (Jan) was so nice & accomodating. Overall, I would say it was one of the best places I've eaten in a long time!

They advertise to have the best ribs in the west. Mine were cold and over cooked. My wife had a filet which was very tender and enjoyable. Service was good and the food arrived in a timely manner. I realize restaurants have many challenges during the pandemic so we all need to be supportive and give them some time to work things out.

Our server Jan was great! He was very attentive and sold me on the delicious prime rib. I was visiting from out of town but next time I’m in town I we’ll be back!
