    Food took a little bit of time, but expected that being 1 week open. The pork chop and picanha steak were fantastic. We'll be back

    Absolutely gorgeous space! The renovations and attention to detail are incredible. Food was very good. We had a salad, pasta and the pork chop. I appreciate that they have an option for smaller pasta sizes as it was an appropriate amount rather than a massive serving. While it is bourbon focused, they have good wine offerings too.

    Great food and amazing service! Love the Speakeasy downstairs and the bartenders were excellent!

    They have done an outstanding job with the remodel. Our server was very attentive. We started with the special, it was a burrata appetizer. It had a frozen “snow cone” like tomato texture that we didn’t care for, but gave them an A for thinking outside the box. My husband then got the Caesar salad, which he did like. I got the wedge salad, which did not have a lot of flavor. I’m not sure if it had blue cheese. It had some kind of spice on it, that I kept inhaling and made me cough. We each got the filet, my husband added the lobster tail to his. Mine was a little overcooked and they were not very tender, but both filets and the lobster tail were extremely salty. I couldn’t even eat mine. It was way too much money for that level of food. The best part of the meal was my espresso martini for dessert. We love Monk’s Road’s location in New Haven, but unfortunately don’t see ourselves coming back to this location.

    We had dinner on the first Saturday night that they were open and everything was so good. The service, food, the drinks, everything was excellent! We decided to go back the following Friday night and everything was so very good the second time.

    Service was great. Ambience was nice. Highly recommend getting a steak when you go.

    For a restaurant that has only been opened a week, the experience was exceptional. The service was professional and prompt. The food was very good and the late summer salad was exquisite.

    Just average, Lots of choices in Louisville to choose from. Server was very protective of their offerings as should be. Several drinks were flat (Prosecco on Tap is not a Good Idea) The Wedge Salad was way too tart for our taste! ( Pickled something in it) Steaks were average. Location is interesting. The Manager was extremely nice as so was the Wine Stewart The Hype of the Restaurant being upscale and its location was kind of odd. Dirty stained exterior stone walls in a row with rowdy party goers at the other Less than up scale establishments was weird. But would I go back? I support Louisville local businesses, and still prefer these over the chains and gimmick establishments so yes I would!

    The food was amazing! The atmosphere and restaurant is so cool! Very elegant but also captures the feeling of a distillery! Loved it!

    We took a chance on a new place and went on their 4th night open, and we are thrilled we did! Service was wonderful, and the food was even better. In addition, the ambiance is unique. My husband had the wedge (wow!) and the wagyu ribeye and said it was done to perfection. I had the mezzalune, and my only complaint on this very fresh pasta is that I got the small serving (pretty small) rather than the larger one.
