Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The food menu is perfectly complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of cognac and armagnac.

Striking a balance between transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts an exciting rotation of acts on stage every weekend including dancers, singers, musicians, contortionists, sword swallowers, poets and more.

Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday our entertainment is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.

The food was delicious and flavorful. We started with the bone marrow, which my husband enjoyed, but was a bit different for me. The added roasted fruit made it edible for me. I ordered the short ribs, which were good and my husband’s wagyu tasted even better. Do not get me wrong as they were both delicious and were accompanied with a side order of potato au gratin and corn pudding which were full of flavor. We ended the meal with a shared apple caramel tort like dessert that I would recommend

Amazing experience! It was one of a kind. The food was amazing, drinks were strong, and the burlesque show was great. Spent my birthday dinner here and I am glad I did!

Overall a great experience… Enjoyed my 46th birthday with family and they all raved about the filet mignon. The live band was awesome and the dancers were entertaining. Our waitress Jen was so attentive and pleasant.

We had a variety of appetizers and entrees- each offering was beautifully presented and everyone loved their meals. The server, managers all made sure our experience was special. We also loved the look and feel of this unique venue and would definitely recommend Monarque !

Alice and team were exceptional with their hospitality to patrons and on point with anything we needed. Our server Maximo was so gracious and fun with our table and was always checking on us to make sure we were taken care of! We had a double birthday and was truly a special time with the great drinks, the mesmerizing entertainment, and the timeless smiles we had with the staff. We will be back again!

The wait staff and hostess had terrible attitudes. The table they sat us at was way in the back near a high traffic area for staff and we did not have a view of the show at all. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else after ordering only an appetizer and cocktail that was nothing to call home about.

I sat at the bar. Ambience is great. HH prices are reasonable. Great jazz band. Nice group of patrons who were friendly. Service was spectacular.
