Join us for Restaurant Week July 19th-28th! Executive Chef Devin Parks has prepared a three course menu of Monarque's excellent cuisine, with wine pairings selected by our Sommelier.

Atlas Restaurant Group presents Monarque, a French brasserie located in Baltimore’s Harbor East neighborhood. Monarque is inspired by the French era of prosperity when culture boomed and extravagance flourished. The food menu is perfectly complemented by a beverage program with over 500 French wine labels and an extensive collection of cognac and armagnac.

Striking a balance between transporting guests to another time and place while being rooted in the present, Monarque hosts an exciting rotation of acts on stage every weekend including dancers, singers, musicians, contortionists, sword swallowers, poets and more.

Monarque welcomes guests of all ages Sunday through Thursday. On Friday and Saturday our entertainment is suited for guests 18 years of age and older, and only adults are permitted to dine.

Went for restaurant week and greatly enjoyed our dinner. There was a man playing the piano and singing, which was fantastic. The options for the restaurant week menu were great and everything was delicious. Service was excellent as well.

One of the best onion soups I have ever had. Asparagus salad was great.main course excellent and pot de creme was rich and creamy. Great meal and excellent service. Wines were also very good.

Wonderful evening. Jazz guitarist was very good, service was impeccable but friendly, food was outstanding, and this was restaurant week. It's expensive but worth it.

Went here last night for Restaurant Week. Food was good just needed some more salt. We also saw a few Burlesques performers. Vibes were amazing, nice, upscale place. There was alot of people, so the noise was fair. Our waiter was great and explained and answered any questions. Also, we did not know there was a wine flight we could add with our prefixed menu for a extra $20! Great menu and not expensive at all. I had the onion soup 8/10, steak and frites w/béarnaise 8/10 and pistachio creme Brule 7/10. Would def go back.

Service and ambiance were very good. My chicken was overcooked, tough, and inedible but the staff was great about it.

Overall we really enjoyed our dinner as it was our anniversary and I wanted to try something different, in this case it's French cuisine. Monarque did not disappoint. The food was great and the ambience was just perfect for a dinner for two. I wished we could have stayed for the Burlesque show that was advertised, but our dinner was done about 8:00 pm and the show didn't start until 10:00, and it would have been a little too long to wait for the show. Perhaps some other time. There was a little mishap from the waiter at the beginning, but they made up for it with the comp'ed shrimp cocktail and two glasses of champagne to celebrate the occasion. We appreciate that! This is one of those places that we will come back since it left a good impression the first time around. It made our anniversary celebration a little extra special :) Lauren M.

We had not yet dined at Monarque and decided to take advantage of Baltimore’s Restaurant Week to do so. We had a wonderful time! The Restaurant Week menu was excellent and our server did a great job describing the dishes and explaining our options — including the optional wine pairing which was well worth the additional cost. The food was absolutely outstanding and the portions for each of the three courses were more than generous considering we had ordered from the Restaurant Week menu. One word of caution. We were seated near the stage and when the jazz quartet began to play, they were a bit loud. So if you want a quieter meal, just ask for a table away from the stage. Overall, we thoroughly recommend Monarque and will be returning for sure!

Came here for a late birthday dinner with my sister we sat with my regular requested server Cienjana aka CJ and her service was top tier per usual. After greeting us and bringing us bread and butter we were gifted two cold crisp glasses of Rose’ to toast to the occasion. Following ordering our entrees we were then surprised with a delectable tomato dish which was a similar play on a cucumber salad served with toast points. Fast forward to dinner we had the Roasted Truffle Chicken with a side of Roasted mushrooms and Macaroni and cheese which is always a go to. Needless to say we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely remain repeat guests for years to come. Thanks Monarque Baltimore! -Chef Bashir

One of the best anniversary dinner we have ever had. From start to finish, we were treated amazingly well by everyone. Our server was patient and attentive, the drinks outstanding, food amazing. We will most definitely be back for a regular date night!
