The ambiance at the Chophouse was superb, with a sophisticated setting and attentive, professional staff. As expected from a high-end steakhouse, the prices reflect the premium dining experience. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the steak itself. I ordered the 16oz NY strip, looking forward to a flavorful meal, but found it mostly inedible—tough and lacking in taste. I ended up leaving more than half of it on my plate, which is unusual for me as a steak lover. In the end, it felt like we were paying more for the atmosphere and service than for the meal. Overall, I left feeling quite disappointed.

Unfortunately the service was not in par, it took an extended period of time for our meal to arrive after several “it’s coming right out” statements from the staff. Once it arrived the $70 crab legs were rubber and frankly uneditable. We politely advised the waiter and he said the manager would stop by and discuss. The manager never arrived, we paid for our meal and left. Have dined there twice before and our memories were far in excess to our most recent experience. Overall disappointing, hopefully it was just an off night (Saturday)

Food was good, espresso martini was not good, service was awful. Table next to us was a large group that became very loud, dropping expletives every other word. Our server was painfully slow and awkward. Was told we had to wait for a charger to bring us our card back and we waited for a very long time. Yet saw other servers bringing their table’s cards back so unsure why ours was unable to process payments himself.

Amazing fine dining experience. Staff were attentive. Food was very well seasoned and tasted amazing. Highly recommend for a special occasion!
