We had an amazing birthday dinner at chophouse and can’t wait to come back again! Our server, Troy and his helper OLIK were so attentive, friendly, helpful, and just made our night very special. Again, we can’t wait to come back.

Once again we experienced an amazing dinner experience. We were settled in Troy’s section. He consistently delivers a five star service. His back staff lives up to his service level as well! We were graced with a visitation from Carrie. She is so great. We appreciated the level of each of these servers. The food was top notch as usual! You can’t go wrong with the food or service at the Chop House.

Our experience at The Monarch Chop House was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. The food? Absolute perfection. Each bite felt like a symphony of flavors dancing on my tongue. We started with the rose-smoked whisky, a beautifully crafted drink that set the tone for the evening. The steaks were cooked to perfection, rich and flavorful, complemented by the indulgent truffle mac and cheese. And just when we thought it couldn’t get any better, the tableside gelato added the perfect touch of theater and decadence to end our meal. The Monarch Chop House isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an experience. Bar none, one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. We’ll absolutely be back!

Every time we go to Monarch Chophouse we have a great experience. The wait staff is excellent, the ambiance is very pleasant and the food is delicious!! The wine selection is fair as well, we will definitely dine there again!!
