This was a luxury dining experience. I have been to other places that claim to be five star and luxury and they all fall short to our experience here. Our server, Troy, was polite, knowledgeable, and just overall professional, while making personal connections. Our other waitstaff member, whose name I did not get, was also amazing. He was incredibly attentive, by cleaning plates, scraping crumbs and ensuring we were satisfied with our food. I could not say more about how amazing the whole experience was and we are looking forward to returning soon!

Service was poor, we waited 30 min for our drinks to arrive. The waiter was very passive aggressive when we voiced concerns about the waiter for our food. Main dishes came out after us being there for an hour and a half. Steak had so much pepper that it was not edible. Lamb was fatty and lukewarm warm. I will not be back, but I will say the lobster bisque was delicious and that is the only reason they get 1 star.

Service was impeccable and the food and wine pairing was fantastic. Lighting and rose petals made it romantic. Really had a great time except for issue with noise for last half of dinner. Issue was that dining area was delightful and peaceful until two very large parties were seated by our booth and both were very noisy and disruptive. Monarch should consider this and not allow parties of this size in the main dining area. It really kills the ambiance.

Steaks are good. Not sure $100 is the right price point though. Ambiance and service were very upscale

I thought going to an expensive steak house it would more of a quiet, formal experience. Yeah, not so much it was just chaos employees rushing around everywhere, they put my wife and I by the entrance to the kitchen hated it, the waiter seemed new and had a hard time helping us through the ordering process. Food was mediocre, I ordered my steak medium well came out medium rare couldn't eat it..... I will opt out of returning to this restaurant when stating at the casino.

Great food and great ambience! Enjoyed the service and the cozy romantic feel of this restaurant. Was pricey with drinks and food about $300 for two. But overall good experience.

Ate Wayhue steak I found it to be too fatty for my tasate but the baked potato was excellent and the Service is great and the wine was exactly what I needed to have with this meal! Thanks You All
