Le restaurant Mon Ami Gabi est un bistrot français classique et un steakhouse situé dans le Paris Resort sur la « Strip ». Il est spécialisé dans la cuisine de style bistrot français classique, proposant entre autres des crêpes et des quiches. Le menu du dîner propose des classiques comme la soupe à l'oignon, la truite amandine et le steak-frites de spécialité. Les vins français sont servis au verre ou à la bouteille depuis le chariot à vins. Experience a symphony of seasonal flavors with the four-course set menu, honoring Mon Ami Gabi’s 25-year legacy of enriching the local community and beyond with the finest French cuisine and culture. The Dinner Prix Fixe menu is available for $98 per person, plus tax (gratuity not included). Alongside the dishes, enjoy Sommelier-selected wine pairings with each course for an additional $35.

New Year’s Eve at Mon Ami Gabi is the best place to be on the Las Vegas Strip! Ring in 2025 with us by selecting your timeframe and seating area in the restaurant. Had breakfast here due to the excellent reviews. Server was lovely, and the food service was fast but everything was cold. Not even warm but cold, including the toast to the point that it was just crispy bread — the butter didn’t melt at all. Eggs were over cooked on the Benedict. Sent them back and they returned properly done, warm and delicious. Big gripe though that the server had the Benedict refired by adding another one to our ticket and then discounting it off the ticket — BUT the recommended gratuity on the receipt shows 20 22 or 25% off the pre discounted total. So basically they want you to tip 40% on a dish that had to be sent back to be remade. Innocent mistake? Maybe. But the whole experience didn’t leave a good taste in our mouth.

We go to Las Vegas every year for the past 10 years and we make it a tradition to eat at Mon Ami Gabi for breakfast. Absolutley love this place. This year I was disappointed. The food still did not disappoint. The waiter we had was not attentive. He did not write our order down so obviously we did not get the right food. We had to ask other servers for more coffee. He had to be reminded 3 times that one of us ordered orange juice. And then he basically dropped the folder with the receipts on the table and the one copy flew on the ground. There was a performer outside. We always enjoy sitting on the patio. The music was nice but way too loud.

all in all, a nice place for breakfast. Small menu with limited options. Really expensive mimosa's---skip them for the cost and size.

Teddy was an absolute gem of a server with impeccable recommendations for those that asked for them and he had a great, engaging personality! If I could do it over again I would have gotten the French Toast instead of the blueberry waffles as they were a bit dry and underwhelming even with the blueberry compote poured on. Everyone else’s meal looked and tasted phenomenal though.
