The bar is a destination, with cocktails at once sophisticated and timeless. The menu takes cues from the great standards with thoughtful, elegant updates alongside a dynamic wine, beer, and spirits list.

Really well. Only thing weird was the charcuterie plate. Was only a large portion of Prosciutto, ground mustard and bread and was very odd. Would have loved a second meet, cheese and maybe a pickle, jam, nut or dried fruit. For $18 it was very underwhelming.

A wonderful dining experience with exceptional food and staff. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary, meeting our request for a quiet table and offered complimentary champagne to help us complete our special evening. We will be back and Highly recommend!

Overall not the best dining experience. Bar offers limited alcohol choices. Limited number of tables. Food was just fair with very small portions. Don’t eat there if you’re hungry.

Booked the Mollie Aspen for dinner on July 5th. 7pm reservation for outdoor seating. We arrive on time and are told that booking and outdoor reservation does not guarantee that you will get a table outdoors. They tried to offer us a table on the other side of the lobby and one in a darker booth. We declined both and said we’d wait and order drinks while we did. Overall the drinks were good and the bar scene is probably the strong suit of this entire situation. It took about 30 mins for an outdoor table which was actually less than I thought it would be so that was a surprise. The food was just okay. We ordered the burger, the chicken & the vegan pasta. It was not terrible but for the price point not a winner. The drinks are good but small. Also the host gave us a bar menu by accident and then they wouldn’t let us order off it. We had high hopes and maybe we’ll come back for a drink again but there are other places we love more. We’ll give it some time to reboot.

The staff was excellent - knowledgeable and detail oriented, especially the bartender, Ryan. Patrick was another kind asset to the staff who was very social and informative about the area. The bar and outside seating area was elegant and comfortable. Dinner was ok. I could tell the burger (MOLLIE Burger) was a very tasty, but it was very undercooked. We waited about 45 minutes for our food as one of two parties in the restaurant, so by the time we got our food, we did not want to send it back. Because the burger was so undercooked, my husband was only able to eat part of it. The broiled salmon and asparagus I had was good, but nothing exceptional. We ordered dessert, right around 9 o’clock, which is the time the kitchen closes. Our server told us we were unable to place the dessert order because the kitchen was closing, but another staff member informed us that they would go ahead and provide us the dessert, Chocolate Layer Cake and Berries Romanoff. It was very appreciated. The dessert was indulgent. We would go back for the ambience, drinks, and desserts but would probably get dinner elsewhere.

The Caesar salad dressing was too salty. The grilled chicken added to the salad was good. The salad was very large, I could only eat half.
