“The food was delicious! Every dish we tried was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend the Chicken Mole and their guacamole! I love that the chips are homemade. Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had recently! They used the freshest ingredients and made sure each dish was made with love. The entire experience was memorable and Must-try! I, kid you not we came home with no leftovers because the mole was that good. I see why they named their restaurant after the signature dish. Each bite was a delight, and the presentation just blew us away. Don’t miss out! “From appetizers to desserts, this restaurant exceeded all our expectations! Not to mention the amazing selection of margaritas the Pina was my favorite! And my husband raved over the Fruto De Cactus. “If you’re a foodie like me, you’ll love this place! The ambiance is trendy and upscale. And most importantly it was immaculate and had a A on the window. The menu has a fantastic selection of dishes, offering a wide variety of options, and everything we tried blew our socks off. I especially loved the creative twists on classic dishes. It’s not your ordinary Mexican restaurant either. Everything was completely elevated and next level and we loved it all. Honestly, I can’t wait to come back again!” So yes we highly recommend it and would give it 10 stars if I could. I also want to mention our service was absolutely phenomenal! Matthew took excellent care of us and we could not be happier with the service. He was attentive and friendly and made us feel like valued guests. He went out of his way to ensure that our dining experience was exceptional". He was warm and very professional. He added a personal touch to our evening, and we left feeling thoroughly satisfied because of him. So thank you, so kindly Matthew for going above and beyond we will be back for you as well.

We have dined at Mole at least a half dozen times because it’s such a great experience! The service is absolutely the best. Val has been our server several times. She always remembers us and is so unbelievably friendly and nice. All of the staff are great. We’ve never had a bad meal. The food is excellent as well as the cocktails. I recommend the guacamole sampler…it’s so good! The Mole and shrimp enchiladas are great as well as the salads. I can’t say enough good things about Mole!!

I have read many reviews on the service not being up to par. Our service was very good. The guacamole, salsa and chips are the best! Shrimp enchiladas were good as well

Such a fantastic meal - every dish was delicious. Started with the ceviche and the charred esquites. Entrees were the snapper and chicken mole enchiladas. Definitely elevated mexican food with a burst of flavor all expertly prepared. Great margaritas too (of course)! Highly recommended, will return again during this short vacation.
