First time here. Food was outstanding mix of Latin food. A little odd that a restaurant named Mole only has one mole on the menu. The chips are the bomb. Mor like fired tortillas sprinkled with Tajin. Never had anything like these anywhere. Salsa matches the chips, original and delicious. Ceviche was great too. Highly recommend this place. Will definitely go back.

Food was good, restaurant was beautiful but the service was slow we had to ask the waiter for everything. Brought the check before evening asking if we wanted dessert. Probably will will not go back.

Somehow our food order was lost and we waited an hour and 45 minutes before it was served. A lot of finger pointing by staff but no one acknowledged what had happened and why. Consequently our first visit to Mole was sullied.

I love Mole ! Just discovered about a month ago and have been 2x now food is delicious and and very creative for Mexican food love the guacamole and chips r homemade and addictive Try the skillet corn bread DELICIOUS Salads r good especially the chipotle Caesar Service was a little slow that Sunday evening and had to remind waiter of a few things but overall had a great dinner Will be back

What a great addition to the Palm Desert dining scene!! Food and drinks were fabulous & Amanda our server made great recommendations & was very attentive. Everything she recommended was delicious: charred esquites, shrimp chicherron tostada, grilled chicken huaraches, mole con pollo asado enchiladas, seared pollo borracho, house made churros... all were delicious!! This is going to be one of our new go to restaurants

Good place but the service is pretty bad very often. They also need some more seafood options. The entire menu is meat entrees. With the exception of a mediocre snapper and shrimp enchiladas. The fish tacos are fried and very very skimpy. They really need some better sauces with a nice fish dish. I also hate that they charge for salsa, it’s such a staple in Mexican restaurants and you’re paying a pretty decent premium to have chips and salsa. With the way that the restaurant is usually very empty I think it’s time they start offering the chips and salsa for free. it seems like management would rather have very little customers than adapt and make the necessary changes. It also makes you wonder how fresh is the food and ingredients business is so slow now it was definitely more packed when we first started going a while ago.
