Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra.

We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef.

We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

We were not wowed sorry to say, it was just ok. My steak was cold and not cooked to my liking. My husbands steak was a bit tough… it’s supposed to be the best but honestly we didn’t think so

The team that works here works very well together. I’ve been coming here for years, many times solo and sometimes with others. The service is always great, the experiences are easy to enjoy, and the food is always delicious. Today was dinner with no complaints!

Service was outstanding! Even better than the food, which was worth every dollar. Anna was very attentive and super pleasant. The manager Wes was present and it was very clear that everyone was working as a team. I can’t wait to go to modern ocean and try out the other menu.
