Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra.

We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef.

We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

    Wonderful dinner with my family. Everyone absolutely loved the appetizers, steaks and sides. We can’t wait to come back again. Thanks for another superb meal.

    Enjoyed the date night menu and had an amazing delicious dinner! The filet mignon was cooked to perfection and we enjoyed the Brussel sprouts and Parmesan risotto!

    We went for the date night special. It was a great deal for the price. The food and service were great. I would definitely go again and highly recommend it.

    Had eaten here once before and it was very good This experience not so much. First the good, salmon And one ribeye were very good. Five other steaks Were not. All were tough, including a small filet Three were edible but not very good. One was totally Inedible as evidenced by the chewed gristle littering My guests plate. As these were my new in laws I did Not complain except for the one terrible steak. They credited half that steak. On a bill of nearly 1100 dollars with tip! Ordered numerous sides which included vegetables plural, received only beets. Manager asked how everything was but we hadn’t started eating yet. Don’t mind paying high prices if quality is there. Last night it wasnt

    Overall the experience was lovely. We found the date night special a good value and the food quality was excellent. Our server Ashlyn was super helpful and very efficient.

    Went there with a group of 10 for my birthday. From the moment we were greeted to the bill we were treated with impeccable service. Modern has the best staff in the city as far as I’m concerned. Natasha has done an amazing job at bringing the restaurant to life.
