Four key pieces separate us from a traditional steakhouse.

1) We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put into produce our beef. We like our beef to be, hormone & antibiotic free and pasture raised. Happy cattle make for better steaks.

2) We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

3) We use an 1800o Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. Our grill stays at very consistent high heat versus a traditional open flame grill. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

4) Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palate for a steakhouse. We broke the mold and decided to add hand selected music that reflects us!

Great food and service. Sunday dinner was quite which afforded us an attentive staff. Lol As usual, we enjoyed our experience.

Our server was incredible! Food was delicious. Steaks cooked to perfection. Side variety very stimulating. Pricey....but good special occasion worthy for sure!

We had the benchmark filets and they were good although 1 was over cooked and they did make it over for us. The Brussels sprouts and beets were pretty good for the side La but the mashed potatoes tasted like they came from a box and had no flavour at all. The truffles fries were pretty good but really salty. Our server was very brash and almost made it feel like we were an inconvenience that we were there, maybe it was just his personality but he seems to rush us like he was trying to turn over a table. We usually eat here twice a year and not sure what has changed but you can notice a change in the food. The potatoes use to be creamy and now they are not good at all. We also had the risotto and it was cooked to a mush consistency. Hopefully the next time we go it is a better experience. They did apologize for the over cooked steak and did take it off the bill so that was really nice.

Service was outstanding: personable, fun, but also discreet. Food was very good, portions might have been too big? We had an 8-course tasting and could barely finish. Probably would’ve been equally happy with half as much food and twice as much wine on the pairings. All of the wines were excellent and well-explained. The pairings were thoughtful. 10/10 would return.

The food was delicious… more than I could have imagined. The wine pairings were delectable and perfectly paired. The pork was the best pork I have ever tasted! The Spanish steak made me feel like I was sitting on the beach in Mexico… closed my eyes and there I was. The service was absolutely amazing from everyone! Our waiter was very knowledgeable and courteous. Very friendly and helpful. Great experience for sure would do it again maybe not 8 courses but the 5 for sure … ate way to much and def had good wine lol.

Spanish pop up was just what the doctor ordered for our anniversary. We went with the 5- course with wine pairing. Every course was perfect. We were super full by the end and the food was exceptional in taste and quality! Would definitely recommend and will be back.

It was an amazing experience, our server was perfect. We did not feel rushed between courses. Over all a perfect night.
