All our seafood is delivered to our kitchen daily by the best suppliers and only the absolute freshest, exceptional quality fish and shellfish are to be selected. Line-caught, trap caught or sustainably farmed in Canada is our goal and commitment. We only want to procure and serve responsibly sourced seafood without compromising our ocean habitat.

Steak was good as was the salmon. Not over cooked and dry. The mushrooms were ok, not much flavour and the fried cauliflower were soft and not crispy as expected. Kind of soaked in the liquid, but had a good flavour. Baked Alaska was very good although the smell of the burning alcohol they used was overpowering and stayed on the desert and spoon which was very unfortunate. Id get it again without the underwhelming lighting of the alcohol.

The most amazing food I’ve ever had surf and turf platter. Steak was unreal. Lobster was unbelievable, and the size were some of the best I’ve ever had

Dinner was excellent. The truffle oil popcorn was such a treat. We got the sampler appetizer which was good as was everything we ate. The kids had dessert and were please with that also.

Celebrated my birthday here and overall experience was nice. When we were seated, there was a birthday card waiting for me and a complimentary dessert at the end of our dinner which I find so thoughtful. Only suggestion we can give, maybe ask the guests where they would like to dine in since there’s 2 option for dining (Modern Steak and Modern Ocean). We were initially given Modern Ocean menu and seated at the Modern Steak area. When the server asked us about the orders, he seek assistance with colleague since he is not quite familiar with the Modern Ocean menu (which is fair and the server was able to explain himself). There was also an order that was not posted immediately (salad) so it came when our main dish was almost done, we find it acceptable and everything was nice! We ordered: Sautéed Prawn with Champagne Beurre, Pan Seared Halibut with Peanut Garlic sauce (these are so good!) Drinks: White Sangria (not on the menu, but the bartender made it magic! so good!) and a mocktail Tropical Dream was so refreshing!

As always our dining experience is exquisite!! Our food was to die for, our service was amazing and our server for the night was funny, entertaining, and a delightful presence to be around. The environment is amazing, always beautiful.
