Our ohana had a vision to share our love for ono food, live music and hospitality with the world. In 2019, this dream became a reality when we opened Moani Island Bistro and Bar on the west side of O’ahu. With the overwhelming support from our customers, Moani’s success has exceeded our expectations. Our family is thriving, our vision is growing, and Moani is expanding. It was our first time dining there. The food was served in small portions but it tasted great. We were with a party celebrating a birthday. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the musician they had tonight was AWFUL. He couldn’t sing and then he literally stopped singing. When we all sang happy birthday we kept looking at him to play his guitar and sing along but he didn’t. Turns out he got kicked out of the restaurant. We saw him stumbling out on the sidewalk. They need to screen their musicians better! Hope this was a one time thing for him or we won’t be back.

Fantastic service and the Music was amazing. Our server, Darriane. Or I might have her name incorrect. Darrianne. She was fantastic and considering that it was a touch busy. she did come around and check on me and my friend when she did. I was there on 12/12/24 it was Thursday night. She is amazing. Tell her I said she is awesome. Thank you, I had a gift certificate and used it... it was awesome the Kalbi for family size and the Shrimp was delicious! Mahalo nui for a great experience.

The chicken and short ribs were tasty. Shrimp fried rice was very good. Service was friendly and attentive. Only one fried fish dish and a salmon dish on the menu… they also offer Ahi Poke and Ahi Nachos. IMO the restaurant needs to offer more island fish dishes.

I spend a ton of time in Waikiki and Moani’s has become a go-to. The menu is small, but done right. You’re never going to get a bad dish here. That said, the menu would benefit from another dish or two. They used to have an amazing diver scallop dish that was phenomenal. Sad to see they took that off from a variety perspective and didn’t replace it with another special dish. Really, that’s my only complaint. The cocktails are amazing. Definitely try the lillikoi mule! The live music makes for a lively atmosphere. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

・名前からバーだからか、メニューに品切れが多く、焼きそばなどインスタントかと思った！再訪はないです！店内は広く開放的ではありますが、雰囲気がいいとは思いませんでした！

Our server whose name means wave runner was awesome. He had great suggestions and we took each one. My love and I wanted to celebrate our engagement with a nice dinner and Moani was perfect. The live singer was incredible too!!

Delicious sweet and spicy shrimp! Such a pleasure. Several fairs dining, along with couples and solos. Enjoyable music. Not at all crowded given how hectic the streets were; however, using google maps, nearly impossible to find it is Located International Market Place on the Grand Lānai, Level 3!

Loved the ambiance. Top of International Market Center. Food was good but slightly overpriced. Moani needs to keep the Neo-Soul artist performing the night we dined. He was amazing.
