I had an absolutely outstanding night at MNKY HSE celebrating my birthday! The ambiance was fantastic, our server went above and beyond to make the night special with her exceptional service. The DJ played a great selection of music that kept the energy high all night long. It was a memorable experience thanks to the attention to detail and dedication from the staff. Highly recommended for a special night out!

Had an amazing experience at MNKY HSE! The food was incredible, every dish was packed of flavours that were truly out of this world. A special thanks to Paola, the manager, who made us feel like old friends with her charm and humor. She really made the evening memorable. Can’t wait to return!!

Service was really bad, food took forever to come, and the food tasted really weird. Not my normal experience at MNKY house normally i do like the restaurant the food and the service therefore I’m really disappointed.

I just want to say a massive thank you to the manager!!! She is just amazing. She made mine and my husbands 10 year wedding anniversary so special for us and we absolutely loved MNKY HSE. The spicy tuna rolls are to die for! A special shout out to Aaliyah! Her service was 10/10 always catering to our needs. Will definitely be returning!! <3

I booked a table for 11pm. I called the restaurant at 22:55 to let them know I’m going to be 10 minutes late. The lady on the phone the kitchen is closed and they won’t be able to serve us. I said well there is a 15 minute grace period and she said she will check for us and ring us back. I never got a phone and when I tried to ring back it went straight to automated message telling us it’s closed 😂. Absolute terrible service and a horrible way to treat customers! McDonald’s would given us a better service than that, what is going on? And to put the cherry on the cake, you get charged £25 per head if you don’t show up to your reservation. Well how could i show up when I was told I couldn’t and didn’t get a phone call back!!! PS I JUST EDITED THIS NOW, I DID NOT MAKE IT TO MY APPOINTMENT BECYASE I NEVER GOT A PHONE CALL BACK. WHY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME GOING THERE AFTER BEING TREATED THAT WAY. I WENT TO GAÚCHO INSTEAD- GOT MUCH BETTER SERVICE!

In regard to your reservation, our last order is at 11:15pm, and while we do allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, we received your call at 10:55pm notifying us of your delay. However, you arrived at the venue at 11:30pm, unfortunately due to your extended arrival, this is beyond our kitchen's closing time. In such situations, our policy is to do our best to accommodate, but it seems that communication broke down, and we sincerely apologise for not following up with a callback. Bit of a letdown. Food was decent, although very small portions for the price. It did feel like a bit of a fast food, in and out kinda place.

This place has a good vibe, It reminded me of Dubai. I would highly recommend coming here for any occasion food and service is amazing

Great service from all the staff from start to finish. DJ playing some great tunes and setting the tone. First time here and we will definitely be coming back!

Francesca was amazing. I recognised her from London and it was lovely to see her. Our waiter Olly was really courteous. The staff members named above were excellent. They were extremely hospitable and I would score them a 10 out of 10. The atmosphere was great and the music was on point. The food was of poor quality as it was cold by the time it arrived and we had to keep asking after the food. This was as a little embarrassing as it was my partners birthday. I was disappointed with the food. I had been to MNKY House in London on previous occasions and have never had an issue there and was really hoping for the food to be of the same level. I
