The main issue is service. Service was lacking to say the least. Drinks came after finished meal. Butter requested for baked potato never came. No one asked how our meal was or if we needed anything. They also were not able to provide gluten free items for one member of our party. I would not return. Menu on open table did not match menu given at restaurant. Made reservation on open table. Upon arrival they said they aren’t on open table. Had to show them our open table reservation.

Beautiful setting great for a drink but the food was average at best. The crab cakes were overcooked the truffle fries were ice cold the sliders were ok the muscles were pretty good. 1/2 the items on the menu were not available. The service was too slow. We ordered within 10 minutes of being seated, but it took another 35 minutes to get our drinks…. At least they were good

Service and communication was unorganized. Confirmed reservation on open table was not honored because venue changed their New Years Eve service to an event and did not communicate with people that had confirmed reservations for the same date and time.

Place is beautiful, service was excellent. We have drinks and small bites, which is what they offer. Great view of the sunset. Four of us had drinks and food - $271 US.

We had a wondeful time at Mix. The menu is limited but the food was super good and the staff was wonderful! Views, ambiance, service were all great! Tiramisu espresso martini was the best!

Beautiful location and very nice service and food. Has an air of refinement and care not often found on this side of the island. Not really for children.

We had a 530pm reservation. The restaurant boost come fir happy hour and the sunset 5-6pm. My husband and I went at 5 pm after waiting by the elevator with others for 20 mins we were told that the restaurant wouldn’t open til approximately 6 pm due to training. No sunset viewing!!! For some of us it was our last night in town. No professional at all. Once we were seated after 6 pm, no apology, the food was mediocre. Not worth the price
