Great food and great service. Nice to have an innovative Asian restaurant in the area again. The Dinner specials are fantastic and a great value. Great drinks too

What originally piqued my interest was the wonderful dinner special they had for $35. You were able to choose from a pre fixed menu; a starter, a main, and a dessert. It brought me initially to the restaurant with my party of ten. We were celebrating my brother’s high school graduation. I wanted to choose a spot that was cute and not too far as we were starved. We were able to make the reservation at 8:45. Unfortunately once we were there we waited an extra fifteen minutes as the staff seemed short and didn’t expect the quick rush after graduation. Another party of ten was also waiting to be seated around the time of our reservation. Despite waiting for the table, they were able to accommodate my family to a private room. It was slightly tight because of their comfortable chairs being bulky but it was nice to be away from everyone else. The waitress was sweet and checked up on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Myself and one other person ordered yellowtail and unfortunately we didn’t find out until awhile after we ordered. It did take awhile for the food to come out but it was hot and as fresh as possible. It was understandable considering the large parties they had all at once. Because the food took some time, we had desserts ordered and delivered after they closed. It came while some of them were still eating their entrees. The quality and taste of the food was great. I felt it was a great value for their pre fixed dinner menu. The food was salty for some of my guests. I would definitely like to return on another day. It was a good first experience. 20% gratuity was also included for the large party which the waitress kindly let me know when I paid the check.

The best part of the whole experience was our waitress who was lovely. Aside from that it was mediocre at best. It was so warm we were literally sweating. The lychee martini has residue from the canned lychees they use. My friend ordered the Korean chicken, it was inedible. They did give her something else which was nice. The sushi was good. Be forewarned the menu online is not up to date. Pricing is increased and not worth it! Foods parings are odd. I can’t say I would never go back but it won’t be any time soon.

I have been to Mito about 10 times; our most recent was disappointing; all others have been great. This visit: our server rushed us to put in our order. Drinks came after the soup course, although ordered first. The appetizer was forgotten and only brought when asked for, after the main course was served. My wife, a big fan of lobster rolls, was disappointed in it as a menu addition. The shrimp in it were good, but the lobster had a very strong taste and was tough; obviously frozen and far from fresh. For a Saturday night at 7 pm it was not at all busy. Does not bode well for its continued existence. Step up your game MITO! PLEASE!

Been here three times. Servers are nice but it takes too long to get service especially with drinks. We got our appetizers before our cocktails. I think they need a bar upstairs. Perhaps more bus people for water too. That took too long to get too. Overall service issues out weigh the tasty food.

The food here is outstanding. 2nd time visiting. We have had 7 different appetizers over those two trips and every single one has been great. We both had sushi each time too. Top-notch. Place was empty on a Saturday night. Can’t understand it. Beautiful old bank conversion, great food and service, reasonably priced. Where is everyone?
