    My filet mignon was rather tough and grizzly. The au gratin potatoes were awful. Had to ask for mashed instead. I’ve had better steak for half the price at Texas Roadhouse. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

    We had a great experience. The food and staff were both great. Our waitresses and manager were very professional, friendly and helped to ensure we had a great experience. Looking forward to coming back.

    We waited over 10 minutes before being greeted by our waitress. Then we waited 15 minutes for our drinks and over 20 minutes for our appetizer. The waitress was not friendly at all, acted like we were an inconvenience. My steak was way over cooked, they brought a 2nd steak that had been wrapped in foil and steamed to expedite the cooking. This made the steak grey and very unappetizing. It was also drowning in butter I’m assuming to mask the grey color. The manager then offered to cook a 3rd steak wrapped in foil and I said absolutely not. She then said she’d comp it because I didn’t like it. But, I really would’ve loved it if cooked properly not steamed in foil. They said that would take too long. Also, my lobster tail was cold and so salty it was inedible. Will never go back, do not recommend.

    This use to be our favorite fresh seafood restaurant. The last five times we attend, we notice the chef’s is less skilled because of the quality and preparation of food. Service is of lower standard. This is unfortunate because it use to be a 5 star restaurant.

    We went with 7 people for a birthday dinner. The restaurant was basically empty and we were sat right next to the service station and the door out to the patio. My brothers chair got knocked 3 times by someone carrying racks of glassware. We sat for 20 minutes without getting water. Everything was very slow. The food was great but I would not go back.

    The overall experience was very good. I would definitely recommend Mitchell's. The service was fast and the food was good. The only reason why I didn't give it a 5 is because our waitress even though she was nice and efficient, she never gave us any water or asked if we were celebrating any special occasion nor did she advise us there weren't free refills. We listened and noticed as other waiter/waitress were asking their customers these questions and telling them about the refills.

    The food was good. Coffee was cold. Was not asked if I needed cream etc. Was not asked if we wanted to see a dessert menu. Was not told that there is not free refills on drinks.

    Seems like they’re under new ownership or something. I went for a special occasion with my family and the waitress seemed like a drunk. When our entrees came out the salmons weren’t thoroughly cooked. This place used to be better, that was my last time there.
